Make sure you plan about a half a day if you want breakfast on a Saturday. You can order ahead and it doesn't matter, you'll just sit and wait and wait and wait. We won't be back to this location. I shouldn't have time to sit and wait long enough to feel inspired to write a bad google review WHILE I'm waiting for my food that I ordered ahead for. What a terrible location. This is by far the WORST location out of them all. I rarely go here but every time I’ve gone it’s never gotten better. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. I’ve previously had raw chicken nuggets to my experience last night. We stopped by for a quick bite. After ordering my food and paying they had me wait for a 10 minutes at spot 1 for my food because “it wasn’t ready” but there were only a few cars. After getting the food I drove away and I took a French fry and tried it which was Awful! The fry was crunchy like a potato chip, I went to try my kids fries from their kids meals and they were just as worst. They had the worst flavor as if they were made in the same oil from the whole day. My spicy chicken was also crunchy like it had been sitting for hours. I decided to go back and tell them. The person at the first window was a rude didn’t even want to hear why I came back when I wasn’t even angry or rude about it but told me to go to the 2nd window and tell them. The lady was nice and right away took and replaced the fries, they were warmer but still tasted awful from the same oil they were using. Huge disappointment to the McDonalds brand which has always been notorious for their fries. If I was the owner I would shut this location down indefinitely.

I went through the drive through here this morning and the crew helping me out were very polite and friendly. Best McDonald’s drive through experience I’ve had in Fort Collins…they were quick as well.

I actually liked McDonald’s until they swapped out the amazing straws to these stupid ass clear ones like how did it break inside of my drink and it literally cut me I hope the person who made the idea to change the straws gets fired and unable to get a job ever again because what dumbass thinks these straws are actually good like what do better McDonalds
