This McDonald’s is located near me and I have never really experience issues here. Well, at least not during the day time. In the evening, there is a lady manager that always gets my order wrong and gets so upset when I ask her to correct it and shuts her window in my face without a word. Sometimes my family and I visit for a late evening snack, but this time they went overboard with the M&M’s. I had to correct her last time because she got all the ice cream orders wrong and I somehow feel this is now targeted. I watched her put like 5 scoops of the M&M’s in there and I told her, but she said that’s how they always make them. Mind you, I used to work at McDonald’s, and this is not how they make them. One or two scoops is enough. Definitely need to put someone new to run the night time crew, because this chick is not it.

this mcdonald’s has very slow customer service both at the counter and at the window. on top of that i ordered a medium shamrock shake, they gave me a small. upon going inside to ask for a medium i was showed an extra small, small, and large cup, insisting that i got a “medium” when it was a small. I then asked for the manager and she asked me to leave after showing them a picture of a medium.

Drive thru is quick. Usually an in and out experience and have few to no times where I'm missing or getting incorrect items that I paid for. Would recommend 👌

I recently ordered on the app and got a good deal but the gentleman who brought my food to me all brought a basket with sauces and napkins. It was a pleasant experience!

We just pulled up to the drive thru pretty late at night, ordered, honestly; an inconvenient amount of food and it all came out perfectly. Neatest McRibs ever made, crispiest, hottest nuggets like they used to be all the time back in the day. Best McDonald’s trip I’ve ever had. Management, if you’re reading this, please give whatever crew was on shift 12/16/24 at around 11 pm a raise- or at the very least a bonus because hot damn, they deserve it

I didn’t eat food it was for my son. I do know the sweet tea looked like sugar water. It was so light I had to ask was it really tea. They are always pretty nice there.

Can anyone tell me why, when I get a biscuit at 8am it's hard as a rock and stale then when I get a biscuit at 10am it's soft and fresh? I often experience this because I don't get to have breakfast at the same times. I just need to stop going to this clown 🤡 chain...
TINY little burgers for WAY too much money. For the same price you can go to a real restaurant and get a real burger...but hey if you miss having the "runs" by all means....eat here.
