McDonald's is now becoming WcDonalds? Now that they expunged Ronald and all the kid friendly stuff and no self serving of any kind. It is a very generic and sterile environment.
Check your order before you leave, they must not understand the order screen that they look at. Why does a bacon mcdouble without mustard actually come as a mcdouble no bacon and no mustard?? It gets better...how can you have the actual wrap for a special mcdoulble ticket attached and all wrapped around a normal mcdouble, in the end we didn't even get the mcdouble no mustard extra onion , just the labeled wrapper, what more can the employer do? That is two different trips there. They dont produce a reciept a ticket, you are stuck trying to plead your case without your receipt from the kiosk.

Unfortunately the service has gone down hill at this location. The fries are no good more often than not. It's as if they don't clean and rotate the oil as they should. I recently asked if they would drop me fresh fries and instead, they dropped old fries. Employees, we as customers know when you do this. We know what fresh fries look and taste like. And fresh fries will not have a rubbery texture. Hopefully the owners will expect improvements to be made by management and staff, and I can change my review

This location along with a lot of fast food corporations have tanked with service, my wife just went through the drive-thru order 20 piece nugget 2 large fries large Hi-C and Medium Hi-C a Mcdouble, a Hot &Spicey and 6 piece nugget and a 4 piece nugget. We got everything but the 20 piece nugget and can't even get through to anyone over the phone
