Mechitas Food Truck

Delicioso and very nice people!

We ordered from Mechitas when there were set up at a local farm for a fall festival.
The food (we ordered nachos, quesadillas and burritos) was fresh, flavorful and portion sizes were excellent.
The service was fast and the woman taking orders was kind and friendly.
Overall great food and experience.

I was really excited to try this place cause of the 5 star reviews, and they were super nice but every single peice of steak was burnt and chewy and the birria was just like pot roast meat with no seasoning so i don’t know if i just came at the wrong time but it was pretty expensive for what i got so i would not come here again.

The food is amazing. I always get their tacos and the food is fresh and delicious! The red sauce is spicy and perfect with the pork tacos. The people working there are incredibly kind and happy. I highly recommend! Go there now!

Amazing tacos and even AMAZINGER ( I know it’s not a word) quesadillas!!!!!! Nice outdoors area to sit and wait especially during lunch or dinner. Prices are fair especially for the food quality and quantity.100/10

Parking: Super spacious since it’s in a AutoZone parking lot.

3.5 fresh ingredients, nice portions, friendly. Carne asada was ok. Carnitas were good. Salsas were great. Average joint that didn’t live up to the hype but I’d try it again.

Best damn carnitas burrito I’ve ever had. Flavorful and spicy! Dreams!

First time eating here. We had an amazong dinner from them. The street tacos were very flavorful, chicken quesadilla and quesobirria tacos were all amazing. Will definitely be back.
