As a Japanese exchange student at CSU, I visited Sushi Izumi and was deeply impressed by the authentic atmosphere and excellent service. The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and remained me of home. The chef prepared sushi right in front of us, which made the dining experience feel special and genuine. I was looking for a sushi place where there was spacious and comfortable seating. Also where the staff was very knowledgeable about traditional sushi. I love the eel, raw tuna, roe - all the real authentic sushi. Not only did I find that, but the waitress was so sweet and nice. And all the little added touches gave me goosebumps and a big smile. Sushi Izumi is a very delicious sushi restaurant that has all you can eat as well as a la carte options. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the pricing is very reasonable for the amount you receive. They have a lunch special as well as a dinner special, Maki A, and both are priced very reasonably.
