The food is fantastic and so is the calming atmosphere! The veggie roll dinner comes with a delicious miso soup, salad and 3 rolls. We even got this wonderful dessert for my birthday!! Couldn't have wished for more on this perfect night out.

I am really bad about taking the time to leave reviews but seeing how slow the restaurant was tonight made me sad. My wife and I have been going to Mt Fuji for 7 years now and have yet to have a bad experience. The owners have always taken exceptional care of us even from day one and continues to welcome us everytime we come in. All the comments about the rice being “bland” I just don’t understand as shown in the pictures below it’s clearly seasoned. The sushi is always fresh and delicious, tako (octopus) is my personal favorite with tuna being a close second. The sesame chicken is by far the best in town, thin and crispy and just delicious with a generous portion. I’m a large guy my self and I never leave hungry when ordering dynamite udon or the sesame chicken. Fat guy approved 100%

I can usually over look bad service when busy, but my date and I felt totally ignored. It started off fine, despite not receiving any utensils or napkins, for which I waited for our waitress to get back - but noticed she was at another table, so after 5 minutes staring at our food, I got up and got napkins and chopsticks from someone else. That's fine. But she also forget part of our order, my second beer.. and not coming back to our table for the last 45 minutes of our 1.5 hour stay.. it seemed intentional at this point. I think she was upset that I got up to get utensils from someone else, there were only 3-4 other tables in the whole restaurant - so not sure how we were missed. This is a poor way to run a business, we would have literally doubled our bill (more rolls, missed beers, and soup) if the waitress checked on us. I still tipped reasonably because my date is a bleeding heart, but we won't be back.

You will be hard pressed to find a better deal than their lunch specials in town. Food never disappoints! Give it a try!

I came here right before they closed and they were super nice and did their best even though they were almost done. I loved the food, and the absolute steal of a price that everything was at. I got a great meal for 18 bucks, and, it was made very well.

We won't be coming back here. Our server was the ginger-haired guy, and he never brought out our appetizers, and didn't check up on our table at all. The food took FOREVER to come out and we didn't have enough utensils. The food was overall ok but the service was atrocious.

I have been coming to Mt.Fuji with my family for my entire life. It's a family owned restaurant, I see the same owners working hard every week. The waiters and waitresses are always so helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is really cozy. The complimentary miso soup is the best I've had. We always go in for the lunch bento boxes. They're a good price for great variety. But I know the dinner is excellent as well. The sushi is nice and fresh and the entrees are just delicious. This place is so close to my heart, I think it's the best Japanese around.

Sasha is friendly and very professional. They were able to add rice noodles instead of ramen to my ginger chicken soup. The sushi portions are perfect and it's a very clean place. Oh and the price for the quality and quantity of food is accurate.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
