Another day, another beautiful, handcrafted crunchwrap from Mugs Old Town. My partner nearly shed a tear while eating at the savory delight that is the crunchwrap. Everyone knows Mugs has the best baristas this side of the Rocky Mountains, but does everyone know of their incredibly disciplined yet playful chefs? Even our two year old pug, Lola, loves the crunchwraps, and she usually only prefers her typical diet of fresh tuna and rice.

Great people, coffee, food, and overall vibe. Their breakfast burrito with vegetarian chorizo is excellent! No need to special order a vegetarian version of the meat burrito - they are all ready to go in the hot case, priced equally, and clearly made with care each day. Thank Mugs!

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie entrees on the regular menu - as opposed to an upcharge to swap out for a veggie option (or just leaving off the meat and paying the same for half full sandwich), which is the case at so many places.

Parking: Nice options for both indoor and outdoor seating.

Mugs blew me away. I ordered the Crunchwrap, swapped the chorizo for bacon, and what they handed me wasn’t food—it was pure perfection, a masterpiece. The flavor, the balance, the execution… whoever made this deserves not just a statue, but a temple in their honor.

These people aren’t just chefs—they’re culinary gods. I’d lay down my life for whoever made that Crunchwrap.

They keep lying to my face saying it's a fresh burrito. Is it really that hard to make one fresh? I'm never getting food here again.

Great food. Even a difficult to prepare and keep-together breakfast like a sausage bagel with egg is deliciously done here. The avocado toast is huge - and wonderful. The vibe among the wait-staff is really positive too. The music is nice and not too loud, so you can have a quiet conversation.

Went after being recommended by a friend and oh my gosh, so freaking good!! I got a pumpkin chai and it was literally heavenly. I also got gf avocado toast and it was so so good. I was mildly worried at first when I saw the toast as it looked too good to be gf, but I asked the waiter and they assured me it was gf and I ate it was absolutely no problems!! Will definitely be back and I highly recommend everyone try them out!! :)

I almost always just get a drip coffee. $2 and change typically. Can be pretty busy with a wait in the afternoons and particularly the weekends. They do have a nice sidewalk seating area.

Parking: All street parking in Old Town. There are so free and paid lots within walking distance.
