Music City Hot Chicken

I've only gone to Music City a few times but I can't stop getting the catfish sandwich. It's probably the best fish sandwich I've had in my 50 years on this earth! I also have to mention the fries because they are unique and amazing. Like a cross between steak fries and waffle cut... an Apostrophe cut? Shrimp cut? Whatever you want to call them, I will keep coming back for them!
Now I just have to force myself to try some other items on the menu!

Fantastic chicken in a fun environment. I've always had amazing friendly service here, and the food is great. I'll warn you, the spicy chicken options will be spicier than you think. The white hot some days are hotter than other days. But it's always delicious, highly recommended!

Best chicken in town and a great location on Prospect! My wife and I enjoy delicious juicy and sometimes spicy tenders and cheap beer often at MCHC.

Ive been here a couple times & the food was fantastic every time! I love the nashville hot sauce on the chicken sandwich! Service is good, atmosphere is good (sports bar type) & price was fair (but expensive) for the area. Definitely recommend!

Some of the best chicken I've had. Their house sauce goes great with it. If you go often you can build up points and get discounts. Best for dining by yourself or with friends, and there's a bar.

This is tough. I’ve been coming to MCHC for years, well before COVID, and quality has gone downhill steadily ever since. The chicken used to have so much seasoning that there was a crunch when biting into it, but now it’s almost indistinguishable from Canes. I used to tell anyone visiting FC that it was a top restaurant in town. Sides are good, but shouldn’t be the star of the plate. On a Wednesday evening our food took 25min to arrive. Like so much in 2025, prices keep going up, quality and service keep going down, and it hurts more when it’s a local hotspot like MC.

I got the meatball sub, super good with a little bit of spice to the meatballs. Service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was pretty solid as well.

great beers. better chicken. my favorite spot in foco and i will always be going back anytime im in town. the nashville hot tenders are my go to and they got awesome monthly specials. if your not feelin the side for the month the fries are a no brainer. can’t recommend this place enough.
