They’re amazing. As a Mexican from Arizona I have always had super high standards for Latin inspired food but I can’t sing enough praises for this place. The empanadas are definitely not authentic but they don’t claim to be. They took the inspiration of a great thing and made it their own and it’s so incredibly good. The salsa/sauces are also great.My favorite is the mushroom empanada but the chile relleno is a very close second.My only “complaint” is that I wish the sweet empanadas had some variety to the crust. Like a flavor that isn’t in the flaky crust and is in more of a bread like one.No matter what though, this is definitely one of my favorite places in town.

Ok, we finally decided to try My Empanadas and I am beyond satisfied ?The weekend special was a shrimp with avocado sauce and it was amazing. The salted caramel apple is one of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth. 10/10 I’ll be back again.

Oh, yum. I tried their chile relleno empanada and it was absolutely delicious. They had a wide variety in their case, both sweet and savory. This particular one was so good, I went back a few days later and had another. The employees were great, they bake it for you in just a few minutes (or you can take it home and bake it), and it's just so good.

My Empanadas is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can choose among many menu options. I love that we got a mini tour of the origins of the flavors. Everything was hot and fresh, and you have different levels of heat for you to dip your empanadas in. Definitely will be coming back.

I absolutely love this place. Sad to see the prospect location closed but I completely understand why. I moved into the apartments above my empanadas in 2020. I was so absolutely infatuated with their gravy empanadas. I have never had a problem or a disappointment ordering from here. I do prefer to bake my own at home. The sweet empanadas are to die for. So happy to support such an awesome business and awesome people. I happily drive from Loveland, now 3+ years later, to pick up these tasty morsels. Kudos kudos kudos.Would love to see another cheese free empanada!Dietary restrictions: I do not eat cheese and I enjoy the gravy chicken empanadas. They are fabulous. Occasionally they have a weekend special without cheese!

Wow wow WOW! This place is incredible! We usually drive to Denver for empanadas but since discovering this little piece of heaven in Fort Collins, we’re on cloud nine! The steak, pork birria, and mushroom were so delicious. The chef pairs a sauce with each variety and they all were a perfect complement to the fillings. The dough is tender, flaky, and super buttery. They make both savory and sweet empanadas. Don’t skip dessert here! We took a peach and a pumpkin empanada to go and traded wows in the car as we devoured them in minutes. Highly recommend trying this Fort Collins gem. Wow!

Seriously the best empanadas I’ve ever had! The crust is amazing! The dessert empanadas are to die for too! I know it’s a lot of work to make them but boy I’m so grateful for when I get to stop by and get some! Pair it with a horchata too! Fab!
