I highly recommend NOCO Distillery to anyone looking to have some nice drinks at a great local establishment. Every time I go I try a different spirit and I have never been disappointed. The speakeasy has a great ambiance that I have spent hours in talking with friends. The service is always exceptional (Josh and Emerson have been the bartenders I see the most), and the owner loves to make conversation with patrons when he can.

Wow wow wow wow wow! That’s 5 wows and it is intentional. Absolute gem of a discovery and I am a little embarrassed it took me so long to visit this incredible treasure of warmth, QUALITY, and elevated hospitality, within the real heart of Fort Collins. The fact that it’s a trot off the beaten path, near Link Lane and Rollerland, only adds to the charm and speakeasy vibe… I am so excited to bring more friends and colleagues over to NoCo Distillery for meetings, long overdue catch-ups and I’m super keen to see about organizing some workshops here, for clients!!! The interior is beautifully done and all the staff are so knowledgeable but also inviting of questions and learning ( shoutouts to Josh and Fatima for that!) This is a lot of accolade without touching on the liquid yet, but that’s because it is the ultimate sherry casked cherry on top… I really cannot get over how gorgeous and balanced the nose on every varietal and type of spirit was, no matter the proof. This is quite a feat and I know it can be attributed to the love, care and dedication which goes into their special distillation process. Well done NoCo Distillery… I will be thrilled to return soon. And the hot sauces are not to be forgotten!!

Found NOCO Distillery on our way through Fort Collins back home to Minnesota. The hospitality and knowledge they passed on was fantastic. We sat there for over an hour sampling, talking and touring their facilitie. In the end we ended up purchasing a bottle of bourbon mash bill II, whiskey single malt, and grape brandy. The idea was to bring these home and have our friends sample something different. The responses were “delicious”, “fantastic”, and “where can I get this”. Now my only problem is, how do I restock once these are all gone without leaving Minnesota?

I’ve been here twice. What a curious and interesting place. And phenomenal Products! Sebastian and Josh know how to make serious distilled good and killer cocktails. You might want to give a call first to make sure there’s room, sometimes you need a reservation. We were fortunate to go on the night of a football game and only a couple people were there, so Sebastian treated us as very special guests! Give it a shot you won’t regret it.
