Visiting NOCO Distillery is more than just grabbing a drink—it's a whole experience. The spirits they create are top notch and the cocktails are crafted to perfection. Sebastian’s passion and charisma shine through every sip, making the whole evening memorable. Leif was also fantastic, sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm, which added so much to the experience. The cozy speakeasy vibe is perfect for a relaxed night out and deep intimate conversations, and if you’re into hot sauce, don’t miss theirs.. it’s as incredible as the drinks! Definitely a must-visit spot for anyone looking to enjoy high-quality cocktails and friendly, passionate staff.
Going to this distillery isn't just about having drinks, it's an experience. The spirits they make are fantastic and the mixology is spot on. Every cocktail we tried was delicious and everyone who works here is a delight to spend time with and passionate about what they do. The speakeasy ambiance is cozy and makes for a fun time. Make sure you stop by this gem and try one of their amazing cocktails made with award winning spirits!
I was gifted a bottle of NOCO bourbon recently. Granted, free whiskey always tastes better, but I did appreciate the bright and clean flavors, noting that it wasn't over-oaky like some of its peers. 5 stars!
It's such a hidden gem I was tempted not to write a review. Hidden is part of the key, it's not a place you will stumble upon. The cocktails are simple but they showcase their liquor really well. Most importantly the whiskey is delicious. Sebastian has a great sense of taste and it shows in everything he makes.
Absolutely wonderful experience start to finish. We did reservations and were able to meet Sebastian, the distiller. All of the products are meticulously crafted and make with extremely detailed approaches. The whisky and bourbon is simply amazing and you will have zero regrets about your trip or spending money on this distillery.
We had our small wedding reception here and it was perfect! Everyone loved the drinks and the service was excellent. Highly recommend for cocktail night with friends or a small event!
We finally had the opportunity to visit. What an awesome experience! The friendly staff and great atmosphere were only the beginning. The amazing selection of spirits was so unexpected!
We were only able to scratch the surface and will definitely be back. Looking forward to sharing this experience with friends and family.
My wife and I had been meaning to visit NoCo Distillery for some time, having heard great things about it. Finally made it there last week for my birthday and had a great time! Shout out to Hannah and Mo, who made us feel most welcomed. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The spirits we tasted were outstanding. Looking forward to a return trip, as there were far too many things to sample in a single visit!
Had a great time touring this craft distillery and tasting its wide variety of offerings. Ended up having 10 bottles shipped back home to Texas.
The matcha-lada was AMAZING

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Deserves 10 stars for sure! First time visiting this wonderful establishment and what a wonderful experience it was. The staff are delightful and knowledgeable, and Sebastien is truly a gem! We enjoyed their NoCo "old" Fashion so much we had to have two. And that's after debating whether or not to enjoy a "flight". Oh darn, I guess we'll have to make it a regular stop on our "spirits trail". Brought a bottle home of the Founder's Reserve 280 Bourbon. WOW! can't wait for the next Founder's Reserve! Thank you to Sebastien for the wonderful conversation. We will surely be back soon!
Amazing people! Wonderful drinks! Will definitely come back! ???
I was on a golf trip in Denver with 4 buddies from MN. We drove up to Fort Collins to visit a few breweries & distilleries. Noco was highly rated, so we gave it a try. We opened the entry door and we're a bit skeptical at what appeared to be a very small tasting room. There was a slightly larger and very quaint tasting room beyond the small entry area. We enjoyed an Old Fashioned with Noco's house bourbon. It was excellent. Then we started a conversation with Sebastian, one of the owners, and the experience rose to an entirely different level. Sebastian told us about the history of the distillery & their distribution model. He also told us about the fire that destroyed the facility in ~2019/20... a fire that Sebastian and his son miraculously survived. It's an incredible story. Then Sebastian took us back to the distilling area and described their distilling process in wonderful detail. We've all been to several distilleries, and we all agreed this topped the list.We then had a tasting of several of their alcohols. All were excellent. The whole experience could not have been better. This experience was a trip highlight for all of us. It is more than worth the 1 hour drive from Denver. I would highly encourage you NOT to miss this experience.
Absolutely the best. The whiskey and people are great. q
