I usually really enjoy the food but things were just off about this experience. My noodles were dry and missing ingredients and way too much parsley. It was during my lunch, so I wasn't able to get anything rectified which was unfortunate.

Order noodles don’t get any meat in both my orders had to throw whole meal away horrible service didn’t ask if I wanted a small or large over charged me won’t be coming back here again thanks for making it 70 dollars to go eat lunch now I gotta take my wife somewhere else

This place used to be great, but unfortunately the food and service have really gone downhill. Even simple orders are frequently incorrect, and the customer service definitely needs improvement.
I walked in last night during posted business hours, but a young employee told me you were closed. She then offered me a free drink and walked away with a smirk to the back, which felt very strange and unwelcoming.

Overall, the experience has been consistently off putting every time I visit lately and the food keeps getting worse.

Always great food!!

Food was good. I liked that they have gluten-free options & ability to have rice noodles with almost any dish instead. They have a pretty good selection of stuff, nice staff. Place was a bit dirty tho

There has been a few times I’ve ordered the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo (with cavatappi) and have received half of the things in its name. No chicken or bacon this time around. I live far from the restaurant so I usually grab it on my commute home so it’s not easy to go back for a new order. I need something to change because I’m paying so much for a veggie pasta missing all its ingredients.

Okay I’m editing this because I took a bite! And it’s even worse! Spinach is not cooked broccoli is half cooked so only the noodles were done decently - wow!

I waited 40 minutes (literally, not an exaggeration whatsoever) for one bowl of Mac and cheese and a rice crispy treat. Enough said. what the actual flip guys? It's a Monday afternoon, there is no conceivable reason that you should be making your customers wait nearly an hour for one bowl of noodles, it's not rocket science. On top of that, the employees were likely high, or just very dumb and unhelpful, either way they had glazed over eyes and were moving at a snail's pace. I've never been let down so majorly by a noodles and Co location, but this experience might be enough to make me rethink my patronage...

Normally this place is on top of their game when making orders. I don’t know if it’s because it was a dinner rush, an off day, or simply a Monday…. But I ordered Japanese Pan Noodles with Tofu and the tofu is burnt. Crunchy even. The noodles are burnt. To add- there’s no mushrooms or broccoli when it explicitly is included within the meal. I personally do not know how this passes “good” quality. There is too much sauce. So I don’t know what happened tonight, but this is subpar.
