I placed a mobile order of spaghetti and meatballs at this restaurant at 10:30pm and arrived at 10:43, ran in, grabbed it, then left. When I got to my destination I stirred the pasta and it had almost NO marinara sauce. I understand that it was close to close but that’s why I made sure to tip above 20%. Now I wish I hadn’t because they didn’t even care to open a new bag to give me the proper sauce in a dish that is THREE ITEMS

Picked up. It was exactly what we expected, even though it's been a while since we had Noodles .The staff was friendly, and doing some closing activities, but they made the pick up area obvious and were very kind.

This place could have been fantastic but fell.short. counter staff was wonderful (5 stars given for service and 1000% the reason i gave an overall 3 stars they saved the day here), but the cooks and staff can't do anything when prepackaged sauces were just plain wrong or just almost flavorless.
The stroganoff was horribly strong of garlic and as such ruined the entire dish. The pad Thai was kind of flavorless and the kids Mac and cheese was nothing to write home about. The spicy powder tasted more of paprika than spice
Noodles were appropriate for the dish and very well cooked. I love the select a flavor coke machines.

Good Noodles and Co, nice older building on downtown FoCo, and the staff was very friendly.
Noodles were fresh, and soda machine was fizzy, this is a great spot for a bite when you need one.

I recently visited Noodles & Company, and I had an excellent experience thanks to the outstanding service from Riley. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Not only did he recommend some great menu items, but he also made sure my meal came out exactly how I wanted it. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude. Definitely made my visit more enjoyable! Kudos to Riley for a job well done!
They always have the best music and the staff is so nice! We came in on a busy day with a big group in the midst of what looked like a bunch of large DoorDash orders and Brooke gave us amazing customer service and some great recommendations!

The noodles were hard the shrimp and the other noodles we got were extremely extremely salty too salty like heart attack or what? And the drinks are on the house which was cool we got a Rice krispie treat that was the only thing that was good about this whole visit was the Rice krispie treat literally the food was crap and the atmosphere they are in such a hurry to make it literally they made it within 5 minutes we ordered and it was out within 5 minutes of us ordering it , it was like they didn't even make the food it was just sitting there waiting.

I am an Uber Eats driver and was picking up an order for someone. I told the cashier the name and she said they were still working on it so I sat down in the lobby right next to the cash register. There were a few bags that were ready but I didn't want to badger the workers every time they put out another order because she had been calling out the names of other to-go orders so I figured she would do the same for mine. I finally asked and it turns out my order had been ready for nearly 10 minutes. I had already told this person the name of the order I was waiting on, and I was sitting right in front of them, glancing up at them every few minutes to see if it was ready, and they knew I was there, yet they didn't inform me when my order was ready. I don't think it was on purpose but it was still very frustrating that I had told them the name of the order and I was very clearly waiting right in front of them and they didn't do anything when it had been ready already.

I will day the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs (vegan). The portion sizes were small, the food was served cold (spaghetti and tofu, buttered noodles) and they were out of literally every vegetable, which is the primary food group in our diet. The upstairs patio is cool tho
