This was really disappointing. I arrived at 3 pm for a late lunch and didn’t receive my food until almost 4 pm. Let it be known there was only one other couple in there. The other couple order five plates of sushi all which came out first while our bites were put in the back burner. We didn’t receive any form of compensation for the 50 minute wait, which goes to show they didn’t care we were sitting there hungry for almost an hour. I paid $60 for poor service and mediocre sushi. Please work on your customer service. That kind of treatment is unacceptable. I will not be supporting this business in the future.

Just not top quality sushi, kinda mids. It was OK, but disappointing. We ordered all specialty rolls.

Rice preparation could use some help (mushy, overcooked, and personally too much sugar in the rice vinegar).

The sushi roller was either novice or didn't know better, but the amount of rice per roll was very high, it's sorta most of what you tasted. Cuts of fruit, toppings, and fish were thick or inconsistent. Flavors didn't mesh well in my opinion. Visual presentation and plating was nice.

Service and Atmosphere for us was good. We had none of the issues discussed in other posts.

Based on the reviews here I tried out Nori Maki Bar. It was a real disappointment. The sashim I had was round the size of a quarter (and not a lot thicker than this). The roll was nice but again the fish inside was small pieces. Unfortunately the bill was oversized for the sushi I received.

This is our favorite sushi spot in Fort Collins! Beauty and the Beast roll and the firecracker roll are delicious!

Hands down the best sushi in Fort Collins. Great sushi, great chill atmosphere. Not the largest menu, but the quality surpasses!

Slow service! Multiple other people who came in after us were served before we were. The rolls were oversaturated with sesame oil, ruining their taste. This was not the usual service. Perhaps today was an off day? This was the first time I had a bad experience with this place. I regret having to write this poor review, but after experiencing the terrible service and low-quality sushi, I felt compelled to provide this feedback.

The food was delicious. The fish tasted fresh (for Colorado). The people were very friendly and kind. The atmosphere was clean, open with lots of natural light. The specialty sushi rolls they have here are very unique and I believe they change them up often so you can try something new almost each time you go. This is one of our favorite sushi locations in Fort Collins.

Visited for lunch. The sushi was great. We tried several different rolls and we definitely had our favorites. I love soup so I had to try the miso soup. It was ok, but lacked some flavor. The app was good very flavorful. The service was excellent. Very attentive staff. Atmosphere was nice and quiet. We went when it wasn't busy. Food came out timely and fresh. Overall would recommend for the sushi.

Honestly, Nori just hits differently. Better atmosphere and presentation than Suehiro and those types of restaurants that kinda feel old. The rolls actually taste and appear fresh, and the service is capable without suffocating you. It's not trying too hard, but just good overall. Prices are fair for what you get, and the sake selection is on point. This is my new favorite.

Food was terrible some of the worst sushi ever, it was dead silent and there was no one in the restaurant and food took forever

I love the modern atmosphere and decor. The employees are so very kind and welcoming! I’d recommend this place for sushi fans both vegetarian and not.
