The young woman (Deo, blesch blond hair) helping us today would not allow us to purchase flights or drinks after she offered drinks when we arrived. . She would not make suggestions & welcomed us to leave reviews & reach out to the owner about our displeasure.
At this price point in this economy poor customer service is inexcusable.
Expensive but WORTH it. Not your typical chocolate shop. Their recipes and single source chocolate are amazing. Friendly staff, nice presentation, and phenomenal treats.

We visited Nuance Chocolate for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was helpful and attentive, which made for a welcoming visit. We tried two truffles—Pistachio & Coconut and Peanut Butter. While we realized we’re just not truffle people, they seemed very high quality and would likely be a hit for those who are!
We also sampled two drinks: the French Canadian, which we loved. At $8, it’s definitely a splurge, but we thought it was well worth it. The Iced Theobrew was good, but not something we’d personally reorder. All in all, a unique and enjoyable chocolate experience!

I cannot say enough kind words to express the love we all have for this place! Tyler was gracious enough to open early for a group chocolate flight tour. The attention to detail, the explanations were first class all the way. Every single participant in our group today was blown away! Thank you so much to you and your staff for the hospitality, and the great chocolate!
