Good chocolate...atmosphere not inviting. Staff seemed overwhelmed with a rush of customers. Not a place to enjoy with friends and sample the products.
If in the area and you time it right....

A bit expensive but delicious! We tried all of the vegan tryffels and they were to die for!
Out of the five vegan choices of truffles, we bought a box of four. All of them are delicious. It’s an expensive treat, but worth the splurge!
I love chocolate!!

This is absolutely the most amazing chocolate! The staff here are so incredibly wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. My daughter is not a fan of commercial chocolate but absolutely loves chocolate from this shop! If we run out it is a tragedy in our home. On the bright side it means we get to travel from South Dakota to Fort Collins to stock up! I could have it shipped but let's be real, the shop and staff are worth the drive! This truly is the absolute best chocolate that is worth every penny and every mile driven; every single time.

Came in with my boyfriend on Friday the thirteenth at 5:15. It was our first time and it was absolutely amazing. The worker explained all the chocolate and even how it's made. I will definitely be back to try more amazing chocolate

Toby has done a wonderful job bringing an amazing product to our little town. Over the years I've been so happy to introduce many folks to Nuance Chocolate. Keep up the great work.

Each time we visit Fort Collins, we make it a point to enjoy Nuanced Chocolate. The amazing chocolate selection is almost overwhelming but the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have an indoor seating area, but it has been closed for several years. Unfortunately, you cannot enjoy your chocolate in their air-conditioned facility. That aside, we will continue to enjoy their chocolate with each visit to Fort Collins.

We fell in love with Nuance when it first opened. An incredible shop with incredible staff creating the best chocolate. The knowledge we gained about the "nuance" of chocolate from various parts of the world has been amazing.
Eight years ago we left Fort Collins for New England and we've been ordering at least 3-4 times a year since. We are still receiving the best customer service and enjoying this amazing chocolate regularly. We can't recommend Nuance Chocolate enough!

We were visiting the area from Oklahoma. I love getting the opportunity to buy more Nuance Dutched Cocoa powder and regular cocoa powder. Now I can get my baking going!

Great chocolates, but terrible/pretentious service. Prices are pretty steep.

So this is somewhat of a mixed bag review. The chocolate itself is phenomenal. A (somewhat long) review, but you'll better be able to understand my thoughts on Nuance. My fav chocolate at the grocery store is Ritter Sport, a German chocolate. Hella better than Hersheys (sorry Hersheys), and even better than the better-than-Hersheys Ghirardelli or even Lindt. Super delish, a good bar with some depth and good mouth feel. I had happened to have a bar of Ritter Sport and I had bought a bar from Nuance earlier in the day. ......I made the mistake of trying them at the same time. Nuance blew my fav chocolate away. It's quite frankly amazing. Ok ok, I know, taking a chocolate you can obtain at King Soopers and comparing it to a boutique chocolate isn't fair to Ritter Sport lol, but again RS is SO much better than the others. Still no comparison to the depth of flavor that Nuance chocolate can provide. Worth the money. Ok so now the other part of the review. The owner however is somewhat strange in a frantic crabby condescending manner. It's definitely a specific personality, and friends have commented on it also, so it's not just me. He probably shouldn't be in customer service. So just a heads-up when you go get your chocolate. One star off "atmosphere" due to the owner. The staff is always nice.
