This place is super ( RAD ) the Philly cheese sandwich was the best sandwich I had so far in Fort Collins. Both the guys making the sandwich was very interactive with just having a great conversation. Great place , good music , very clean and friendly. This will be a local stop for sure.

Short version -- This place is great. Get to it.
Ordered a work lunch for about 12 or 13 people at my workplace and it was absolutely amazing. I called it in the day before and was treated with amazing and understanding service from a great staff member who was very kind and attentive.
Food was ready when I showed up 5 minutes early and I was lucky enough to exchange a handshake with the owner, who clearly cares a lot about his craft.
As it turned out, I accidentally forgot to include the order my manager, of all people, sent me. I called Obee's back, explained my blunder, and was greeted with the sandwich immediately when I arrive, and my office is quite literally right down the street from the restaurant. I was also emailed receipts for my company card expense report .
As someone who has to schedule a work lunch once a week, GO TO OBEE's! Just be sure to call a couple days ahead to be considerate to the staff.

Kade was awesome, so was the other guy in the store. My friend hannah got the gluten free corned beef, and I got a toasted Italian on wheat with Lettuce, Tomato, Mozarella, Banana Peppers, and Creamy Horseradish sauce. This made my italian taste way better than the KGB at cheeba hut. This was my first time at obees and I will definitely be back again!
Ordered ahead for takeout with a group, got a BLT with a few additions. They did remember the additions, but they forgot the B, L, and the T... I'm not even mad, it's an impressive mistake, but i don't think I'll be back. $12 wasn't worth a piece of bread with some peppers.

1st time customer. Ordered the Italian and took the suggestions of the person helping me. (I think it was the owner). It was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. I will be back and hope they are consistent. Update: I've returned 3 times since. Each time, the sandwich was great. They do a good job.

Sandwich’s are best enjoyed when picked up or delivered. The food is fantastic. The service leaves a lot to be desired. It was freezing yesterday and they had the front doors propped open with the worst heavy metal music blaring loud, we were going to enjoy our lunch at the restaurant, but it was so inhospitable we had to leave.

I recently stopped by Obie’s for a pick-up order, and while I had to wait a little longer than expected, the experience left a great impression. The owner (or manager) noticed the delay and went out of their way to offer me a bag of chips as a gesture of goodwill. It’s the little things like this that truly make a difference! The staff’s kindness and attentiveness turned what could’ve been a small inconvenience into a reminder of what excellent customer service looks like. Plus, the food was absolutely worth the wait—delicious and fresh! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Obie’s for both the quality of their sandwiches and their thoughtful service!
