Fabulous pancakes. Everything made from scratch. No microwaved food here. Always a wait even Tuesday mid morning. The wait goes quickly. It's well worth it.

Having worked in the hospitality industry for 30 years, I regret to say my experience was disappointing today at your Fort Collins location.Customers who are seated after us were served before us. Our server seem to be disengaged and look like she wanted to be somewhere else. I asked for a manager I believe a kitchen manager came to our table and just gave us excuses instead of rectifying the issue, or at least communicating that possibly our order was not submitted. In the future, there are many different options for breakfast and lunch and the Fort Collins area

The interior is nice, new, and cozy. Very busy and the online wait list is a must have. Some in my group thought the food was good, some thought just ok. Kind of expensive though. Side of hash browns: $5. Paid $25/person + tip.

This used to be my go to for breakfast because they were the only place that could do eggs perfect. I unfortunately have to say that although the rest of the food was decent it was not as good in the new location as in the old location. This was the only place that could perfectly execute a fried egg over medium and have the yolk warm but runny and the white completely cooked. We went here the second day after opening back up after the move to new location and the eggs were disappointing white was quite under cooked and the yolk was a lot colder that I'm used to. Also the biscuits and gravy (simple meal but hard for most to properly execute correctly) which is my favorite was way over cooked, biscuits were dry when they are usually moist and fluffy. I'm not sure what happened but although the new location looks great... I kind of wish they would have stayed where they were. ?

I should give 5 but it is not the same as the old venue. Food is excellent and great service, the online waitlist is a god send. However the atmosphere of the new location is more frantic and rushed. Less airy and relaxing, more modern than country few plus noisier. Even though it is closer to home it will no longer be my go to weekend breakfast. If I was the owner I’d be happy with the move as it will have a faster turn over and should make more money for them.

First time in this place and my family and I were very pleased all the way around. Friendly and super clean environment. The waitress explained the menu to us because we were new and she was very kind. The place was super clean and the food was amazing! The bacon was huge, the chocolate chip pancakes come with chocolate sauce you poor on yourself! And there were no flies flying around like at IHOP! Yuck! I'm so glad I found my new favorite breakfast spot and might I say one more thing. It was nice to not hear dishes banging around like at IHOP either. We could hear one another and had good conversation and a good time. Didn't feel rushed and was very pleasant. Thanks Pancake house!Dietary restrictions: I am on a bariatric diet and having n g bariatric surgery in a month there vegetarian omlet with a side of cottage cheese was perfect and I split it into 4 meals. I was surprised that I had an option there because most fastfood places I can't eat at.

They are always consistent. They all seem to work really hard to take care of their customers. I am loving their new place so spacious and well thought out. One of my favorite places in Fort Collins Colorado.

My SO and I stopped in for breakfast, after reserving a spot online in the waitlist (as it was a busy Sunday), and i was thoroughly impressed by the staff, atmosphere and the incredible food.My SO ordered the Eggs Benedict and I the It’s Grrrreat French Toast. The syrup for my French toast may have been my favorite by far, compared to many other establishments’ breakfast syrups. Our server was prompt and incredibly polite and helpful with any questions we had. They’re coffee mugs are too cute and I even picked one up for our house to enjoy at home.I would definitely recommend to anyone in and around the Fort Collins area!

Have to let you know OPH has gotten overly pricey for just a breakfast place, here is the updated price at new location.

Why does your website say that you can order takeout, but staff refuses to do it?
