Not only did I wait nearly 20 minutes for my drink that was incorrectly made, but I had to wait in line AGAIN to ask for a refund. I was late to work by the time this was over and had a lukewarm sandwich to eat. The refund hasn't posted, so I looked at the receipt to find this "accuracy matters" policy:"Your order should be correct every time. If it's not, we'll fix it right away, and give you a free treat for your trouble. Just let an associate know."

While there was an issue with a missing egg white in a breakfast sandwich, the manager was understanding and offered solutions. Bagels, coffee, and egg whites are available options. However, there have been occasional concerns about the bread's freshness. The restaurant is speedy and never messes up orders. It's always warm inside.
