I was there on 7/19 in the early afternoon. The man working the cash register was so incredibly kind, helpful, and cheerful. His customer service was top notch! I wish I caught his name.

I was in here late today 7/11. The food was ok I mean I can’t complain ….. but the people who work here are not helpful at all. Everyone is running around looking confused even though there were not many customers in there at all and the man who I think was the manager was just outright rude and running around clueless

Food was as we expected, pretty much following the chain standards. Service was not so nice... Not recommended.

The other day I came in and saw the manager making my food. She put gloves on without washing hands. That is a common occurrence at different restaurants so I don’t think to much about it but I did request she wash her hands and change gloves. I am immunocompromised. She rolled her eyes and didn’t speak to me as she turned around and did it. Made me feel unwelcome and was pretty unprofessional coming from a manager. It’s always super warm in here otherwise good atmosphere.

This location is speedy and never messes up my order. The assistant manager Devin is always such a sweetheart and always has a smile on her face! Alex also is super friendly and makes the visit so much fun!

This is a terrible excuse for a restaurant. Over $20 for a mediocre BLT meal and the sandwich wasn't even fully cut! You could tell they used pre-cut bread and just put toppings on top. Who serves a sandwich like that!? Obviously the first move for someone eating it is to try grabbing half and guess what? The sandwich then falls apart. They didn't even give me a knife to finish the job.

Overpriced. Unprofessional. Mediocre.

Cappuccino and a pecan braid. So good! ?

Paid $25 for a salad and a drink… that is ridiculous! The salad was sub par at best. The seating areas and tables were all dirty. Will not be back.

My Husband and I went here for dinner and the manager was SO rude to us. They started closing the store an hour and a half before their posted close time. Dumped all the teas and lemonades out so we couldn’t even fill our drinks up again.

Everyone there was very nice and friendly but the food was terrible, look at this chicken bacon club sandwich I got?? Where is this chicken from?
Not trying to be a Karen Bear, but come on. I paid almost 20 bucks for this sandwich, soup, and a drink...

This place has gone downhill fast. Went for a work lunch on 8/8. Everything seemed dirty and unkempt. My spoon was dirty and had gunk hardened into it. When I asked for another, an older (50s?) lady in a ball cap behind the food service counter was actually irritated with me because she couldn’t find a clean one. She said “they’re all spotted from our dishwasher”. When I told her there was actual gunk stuck to mine she rolled her eyes and felt the spoon I’d handed to her. She then went through 5 spoons before she could find a clean one and handed it to me with such a poor attitude her coworker apologized to me. For real…can I not expect a clean utensil?! Thank you to her poor coworker. But this place is just high priced and nasty now. Won’t go back.

A bit on the pricey side but always delicious! They have a wonderful outdoor area, with lots of tables, but none of the tables had umbrellas which would have been nice on this very sunny day! The strawberry poppyseed chicken salad is absolutely delicious! This green salad is a perfect fruity taste of summer!!

I've always loved begets from here. The size has shrunk. I also love the tomato soup even now when it's 95° outside.
