I went up to ask for something I didnt get that came with my order. Trinity I think was her name was extremely rude to her staff when I got my item. I didnt appreciate seeing that at all and I can tell it is effecting multiple people on your staff. Really killing the morning vibes, pls fix.

It’s $8 for a side of mac and cheese. Our small cup was half full and when we asked if they could top it off the lady at the counter said “our food is premade in plastic bags. We can’t fill it up more.” If I’m spending $8 on a small cup of mac I’d at least like it to be full. The workers are fine but Panera seriously needs to fix either its portions or prices.

The soup and salad is always reliable. They were understaffed as many dirty tables and long wait to order and get food.

Alex makes my day everytime I come in! He is always so friendly and sweet. He even makes time to chat with customers while cleaning of tables.

The atmosphere is unfriendly and judgemental. I found a long blond hair in my food. It's over priced and the quality of the soup is bad and disgusting. Most of the time my soup is cold. Customer service is bad, unfriendly and their lazy. They don't let me know when my food is done. The manager Chiron Taaffe dresses very poorly and inappropriate for a business that sells food, his hair has gotten into food, he has a foul stench off him and hes lazy and rude to guest and his employees. But the employees would lie because their afraid to lose their jobs. It's a sad work environment and horrible establishment. I hope and want the managers fired and replaced at panera. They don't deserve that position.

Sadly their portion sizes just keep going lower and lower. The food was yummy but not amazing. The service was great. The atmosphere was meh, low lights and a bit messy.

This locations smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich and Mac & Cheese were an insult to both barbecue and cheese. The Mac & Cheese looked like it was scraped from the bottom of a filthy pot, and the chicken was cheap, stringy, and visually tragic. This wasn’t a meal, it was a cry for help from the kitchen.

I ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup and was extremely disappointed. What I received was broth with 6 noodles, 1 lonely carrot, and a laughable sprinkling of tiny chicken bits that would never be called a serving. For the price they charge I expected something a bit more hearty and worth eating - not a sad, watered-down version of what the menu promised. Definitely not worth it.
