I get the economy is struggling but $15 for the tiniest sandwich and cup of soup is ridiculous- not even enough to feed a small child! Definitely won’t be ordering lunch here anymore

Very disappointing. The bagels are extremely hard..and I would hardly call that sliced in half. This isn't the first time this has happened. Why aren't the orders being checked for quality and accuracy?!

Got the French Ciabatta Dipper with an obvious bug in the bread. When i complained i was told the fda allowed an amount of bugs in our food. No reimbursement or order fixed. Definitely tossed my meal. Not going back.

Food is always excellent at Panera. This location is very nice and staff good but understaffed. Garbage and dishes piling up. I dont blane the staff just very crowded at the time. Mgt hire more shift people. Otherwise i am never disappointed with Paneras quality and prices.

We ordered rapid pick up. When we arrived there was one person in the kitchen filling orders, 8 people waiting for orders and our order had not been started. 10 minutes later two more people joined the kitchen staff. 10 more minutes I heard the manager correcting a young man who was making sandwiches. 5 more minutes i saw that our order was finally being filled. As I was watching the young lady fill the bag with our order I heard the manager testing the staff, who was filling orders, asking them how many ounces of meat or other ingredients should be in the different menu items. I interrupted the young lady to ask if our large order could be put in a bag with handles at which point she stopped answering the manager and gave us our order. This was dinner rush hour and the staff was still behind on filling orders. This did not seem like the time to be grilling the staff or training the staff as to how they should be making the menu items. The staff running the registers were very polite and kind. The food was good.

This is the BEST Panera. The staff is kind and caring. Vanessa, Braiden and Sam are wonderful!
Sam took an assertive approach with a request that was made, offered us a wonderful solution and then made it happen. Thank you to the Region Manager and AOP as well. You all rock!

This place is NOT clean. They do not clean surfaces. There is a layer of sludge at the bottom of the coffee. There are bugs in the food. The bathroom was a warzone when I went in to simply wash my hands. I’ve seen gas stations that were in better shape. Got sick after eating here. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I was extremely disappointed. I was getting a takeaway order. I ask for 2 large soups & a bagel to be toasted and cut twice so I could eat it while driving. I had dental issues an unable to bite directly. It wasn't toasted or cut as requested. The manager even asked me to clarify. The soups were not large. I was taking it to a game for a couple of players' dinners. A bad experience for sure.

Beyond abysmal. Heads up, you will be waiting a very long time for your order here. If you go into the location to eat, ALL online and delivery orders are processed ahead of yours. We ordered food at 11 am, was at the bottom of the board on the first page, around 20 orders ahead of us. 10 minutes of waiting and we were in the middle of the second page with around 30 orders ahead of us. Others in the restaurant were also complaining. I asked for a refund and the cashier asked the manager to come and do it and her response was she can’t, but come back later in the day. I insisted to speak with her and insisted on the refund and only then would she comply. The most obscene and chaotic experience ever. Will never step foot in a Panera Bread again, NEVER. Since when is it ok for an instore customer to be your last priority? No surprise when Panera starts bankruptcy proceedings

Great experience at this Panera. Probably the top 5 Panera in the country

We were shocked that for 2 half sandwiches that were a poor size, two side soups and a side of mac & cheese We paid $40 and change!! Then we waited forever and My husband and I were the only ones in there. The quality of the sandwiches was low and they were cold. Super bummed as Panera was a favorite and we don’t live close by to one anymore which is why we stopped in

We ordered a whole soup, a cup, a salad, a bagel and a hot sandwich. Several guests received their food before us (even though we were up next in the queue over and over). Finally, a staff member asked us if we are waiting for something specific. I took half of our order - since our soups were chilling on the counter - upon receiving it, it was lukewarm. Did management tell them to pour the soups before all orders are done? They would do better if they would pour the soup last, at the same time when the entire order is done so the guest can receive the soup hot. So that was disappointing. Other than that, staff was nice, however, not apologetic. They did not have a reason to why we were waiting over 20 minutes for an entire order. Dining room could have used an attendant. Many tables were dirty l, as well as the carpet. Aside from the not so hot soup, food was enjoyable and filling.
