Beyond abysmal. Heads up, you will be waiting a very long time for your order here. If you go into the location to eat, ALL online and delivery orders are processed ahead of yours. We ordered food at 11 am, was at the bottom of the board on the first page, around 20 orders ahead of us. 10 minutes of waiting and we were in the middle of the second page with around 30 orders ahead of us. Others in the restaurant were also complaining. I asked for a refund and the cashier asked the manager to come and do it and her response was she can’t, but come back later in the day. I insisted to speak with her and insisted on the refund and only then would she comply. The most obscene and chaotic experience ever. Will never step foot in a Panera Bread again, NEVER. Since when is it ok for an instore customer to be your last priority? No surprise when Panera starts bankruptcy proceedings

Great experience at this Panera. Probably the top 5 Panera in the country

We were shocked that for 2 half sandwiches that were a poor size, two side soups and a side of mac & cheese We paid $40 and change!! Then we waited forever and My husband and I were the only ones in there. The quality of the sandwiches was low and they were cold. Super bummed as Panera was a favorite and we don’t live close by to one anymore which is why we stopped in

We ordered a whole soup, a cup, a salad, a bagel and a hot sandwich. Several guests received their food before us (even though we were up next in the queue over and over). Finally, a staff member asked us if we are waiting for something specific. I took half of our order - since our soups were chilling on the counter - upon receiving it, it was lukewarm. Did management tell them to pour the soups before all orders are done? They would do better if they would pour the soup last, at the same time when the entire order is done so the guest can receive the soup hot. So that was disappointing. Other than that, staff was nice, however, not apologetic. They did not have a reason to why we were waiting over 20 minutes for an entire order. Dining room could have used an attendant. Many tables were dirty l, as well as the carpet. Aside from the not so hot soup, food was enjoyable and filling.

Love the new turkey and cheddar sandwich!

Literally, all four coffee containers were empty. This was at around 9:30 on 4/15. Sadly, this is not the first time that this has happened. Panera is consistently out of at least one kind of coffee. It’s hard to believe that with a program like Sip Club that there’s not a better system to detect low or empty coffee containers. If you need your coffee quickly, don’t waste your time or money on Panera’s Sip Club.

Apparently the staff here has zero interest in taking your order. We waited and waited at the counter with multiple employees looking directly at us but couldn't be bothered to offer any service. May as well not be staffed.

We were quite clear about wife’s allergies and she was served dressing with two of her allergens in it and now her joints are aching, thanks a lot, Panera. Also, a woman had her shoes off and up on a wall inside the restaurant. Keep your feet covered in a restaurant/ yuck

Dietary restrictions: Be very careful if you have allergies/sensitivities. Staff not as knowledgeable as they seem

I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich and an orange scone for an afternoon treat. It was a great way to start my day.

The only downside in going to Panera when they open at 6am is they have a more limited selection of bagels and baked goods.

Very dissapointed, the TV add Chicken Sandwich had chicken sticking out all around the bun, my first sandwich had about 6 small pieces of chicken all bread , little sauce , both half’s of bread closed on it self, no meat, basically, worst sandwich I’ve ever had, and in 69 yrs old, have had a lot of sandwiches in my life.

Done ordering from Panera bread. Not only did the delivery driver fail to knock on my door (I never requested contactless delivery, he just left it out in the cold) My cookie was sandwiched between two warm items. The frosting melted all over the front of the bag, and left the cookie totally inedible. They are frequently late, and the quality has definitely gone downhill. The only thing they ever offer is a credit for future service, but I fully expect a refund this time. What good is offering credits for shitty food?

It's not often these days one comes away from a fast-casual ordering counter (or any retail/food service interaction, for that matter) feeling refreshed and valued as a customer. But today, we were served by Jeffrey. And he is a diamond in the rough. Good old fashioned, genuine, intentional customer service that made me feel like I was truly welcomed in this establishment, more than merely another dollar. Nothing forced, nothing faked, just three people (with my husband) interacting to get us what we needed at the time. Thank you, Jeffrey. You're exceptional, ands I hope you're the one who serves us next time.

Avocado in my sandwich was rock hard... seriously?
Fruit cup was just pineapple and melon
Bread was good and bagels are great. Only reason this wasn't a 1-star
