Had a fabulous 18th birthday party in the group gathering room! Communication was SUPERB, service exemplary, and the food was delicious! Owner John Beck and manager on duty, Shelby, went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday fabulous!?

Love this place was in town visiting for work. Light bulbs are nice. Finished all my food. Never felt more Italian.

I ordered a DoorDash pickup from Paninos. I made 2 Make your own pastas. Upon returning home, there was no Alfredo sauce on the noodles or Scampi sauce on the other order. After returning to the store to pick up sauce, I got home and my partner found zero chicken on his plate. The food always tastes amazing, but the lack of attention to detail was extremely dissatisfying.

Food ok, not like it use to be, portions small and pricey. Lots of restaurants in town to choose from

You have to talk to an answering service that doesn't speak very good English before you can talk to the restaurant. That seems really strange to me. I asked the person who answered about a wait time for a party of 4 and asked if I wanted to have a party.

Delicious pizzas at a very reasonable price! Staff were friendly and helpful and the place itself feels like a bit of a hidden gem. Gluten free pizza was also really tasty - a bit on the small side but in line with what's usually available elsewhere.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza was also really tasty - a bit on the small side but in line with what's usually available elsewhere.

Literally have been sitting at the front bar for fifteen minutes. Watching the staff sit and chat with eachother and laugh about how the kitchen screwed up peoples orders. Servers have made eye contact tact and just gone back to their phones. None of my money is going here.

Got a half order of lasagna that was spoiled with salt and only about 10 oz (so small, not a half order). The chicken parmesan was burned. Very disappointed. Small portions and lacking quality control.

Fully expecting this to be a nice little neighborhood pasta and pie joint, we gave it a try after having driven past if for years. As someone who has worked in a number of commercial kitchens, I can tell you with absolute confidence that not a single thing on my plate was made in-house. It must have all came pre-made from Sysco or whoever their food distributer is, and it was all so bland that I couldn't even eat half of it. I got the "Italian Sampler," which was a portion each of chicken parmesan, lasagna, and spaghetti with a meatball. The sauce was very thin and watery, and tasted unmistakably like canned pasta sauce. The chicken parmesan was literally a breaded and fried chicken strip that was 60% breading and dry on the inside, and plastered with a thick layer of semi-solid cheese. The lasagna was perhaps the blandest of all; I couldn't honestly say what else was in it besides a copious amount of ricotta. None of it had any taste, and this plate of bland cafeteria-grade food cost me $23! I tried adding salt and pepper, as well as some red pepper and cheese from the table - nothing made it taste like food that I would in my right mind pay for again. I could have made this same meal for $23 or less at home at it would have been 100-times better. Our waiter was pleasant enough when he took our order and drop off the food and the check - never came to check if we needed more water or drinks, never asked how the food was...It's a shame because with Caninos gone Ft. Collins doesn't have another solid old-school Italian place anymore. I thought this place could at least be a passable substitute, but I was wrong.

ONE OF THE BEST BARTENDERS EVERRR Thank you Shelby!!! I have to tell you that my husband and I have been coming here for about a year now and we absolutely love the service, the drinks, the food, and especially the bartender/server, Shelby. This review can't even begin to explain what great service we have had here since the day we have been coming here. The food is GREAT, the service is AMAZING, the drinks are OUT OF THIS WORLD, AND I have to tell you Shelby knows our order every time we go in there.. and Can she make a cocktail or what??? The cosmopolitan each and every time is outstanding. The atmosphere reminds my husband of New Jersey. The food reminds me of North Denver where I am four generations strong. This is old school, You wont get anything better anywhere!!! Both my husband and I leave there feeling like we need a half hour to lay down because of al the food we consumed. I can rant and rave for days about this place. You have got to try it for yourself. Panino's of Ft. Collins, we can't thank you enough for the great service, food and cocktails.. We'll see you soon. Yours truly Steve and Deb
