I picked up my pizza in stores, so I can't say anything about the delivery services. Walked in and metal music was just blasting which isn't a problem for me, but seemed odd for Papa John's lol.
From the quick interaction I had with staff, everything seemed good. This review is more about Papa John's itself.
Why was this $34? Did Papa John's forget it's place? This is a pizza chain, and nothing about it is 'quality' like 'pizza casbah', 'Krazy karls', or 'mama ronis'. The fact that you can get a local pizza that is far superior in terms of quality, and similar (if not better) for quantity, this is pathetic. Domino's is cheaper, and falls in the same category.
Again, this has more to do with Papa John's as a whole, more than this store. I used a coupon online, otherwise this would have been close to $50. What is Papa smoking? There is no way this is worth $50 even with inflation being so high.
Don't spend money on a place that clearly has become delusional with what it's products are.

The Pizza was nice and fresh and cooked to perfection. Nathan did a great job as he appeared to be running the entire restaurant by himself. This location truly needs to hang on to an employee like that. Much thanks for a positive experience.

Closing cook on 6/28 @ ~11:30pm with the dark hair and birthmark was ON IT. They were swamped with last minute, closing orders but he kept the best attitude. Cheesesticks came out perfect. Thank you

Sad that when I call to order a pizza in Loveland, Colorado I get a call line from another county, then that entity can’t communicate to the location in my town to get the pizza made and delivered. Funny how papa John’s has figured out how to cheaply pay people in other countries to take my money but hasn’t figured out how to relay the order. Cheap corporate greed… gross .

I absolutely love that pizza actually anything they make is delicious I love it cuz they lay on the trees nice and thick the way I like it the crust just got its own unique flavor and so on your items that you like veggies meat etcetera and it all Blends into one hell of a pie and that's just not on occasion that's every time and that also applies to all the other delicious foods that they put out. Prices a r e just about the same in every pizza place, they are moderately priced and it's the same everywhere you go because of inflation. The service is awesome the people working there really care about what they're doing and you can be guaranteed you're going to get one hot pizza that's hot and steaming with delicious flavor calling your name. People of all ages are welcome come as you are or Order ahead. They're fast friendly and your food is hot and fresh come check them out and enjoy! Thank you
Customer service was excellent and they refunded me quickly. BUT the pizza was sparse in several spots and the shop is quite dirty, such as the dust covered fan that I hope they aren't running while cooking...

Took 2 hours to get a pizza delivered. Did receive a refund. And the pizza was not that good.
Since Papa John’s has out sourced their deliveries to door dash it has been terrible. It takes over 30 minutes for a pizza to be delivered now from the time of pick up.

Just ordered for delivery and am disappointed. I ordered extra sauce cups and they put a cup ON TOP of my pizza and the cheese bread has shrunk an inch. Not cool. The food tasted good but that is some bad service.

I set an order for pickup at 7pm when it was about 5:30pm. I get there, and no one could find my order. Ending up waiting an hour before getting my food. Not mad, just disappointed they didn’t try to make it right.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Got a phone call saying the driver forgot one of the pizzas and it was coming with a different driver but would be there soon behind the first. Ok, no problem.25 minutes later and still no second pizza so I call to ask when the eta was and it still had not even left the store.??♂️ wish I didn’t tip

If I was a cook here I would be livid. The kitchen is working hard and pumping out product, but the girl at the register and another dude that I can only assume was a manger are doing absolutely nothing, obviously high out of their skulls letting food sit and get cold while the lobby fills with people waiting for food that was ready 10 minutes ago because they couldn't figure their stuff out. The girl at the register had to keep asking for people to repeat their names because she couldn't hold a thought for longer than 15 seconds. Food quality is good if you could even get it when it is ready, but waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes staring at already cooked food that is obviously yours might not be worth it.
