Worse customer service!!! Placed my order over the phone and literally drove 25mins from home to pick up. When I placed my order over the phone I told them I would be paying cash ($100 bill) when picking up, they said it was no problem. I arrived to pick up my order and the guy there was extremely rude and said he didn’t have time to go to the back to break that bill to give me change. Note that The order total was enough for him to be able to break that bill… He literally told me to drive to another store or find a gas station so I could break that bill because he wasn’t gonna do it… That being said, I Will not order from this store again..

Went to pick up and order that was supposed to be ready at 1150. Arrived at 1145 to a locked door. Employees were inside, saw me outside. Did nothing. Waited outside to be let it for a good 15 mins. Had another delivery waiting so I reported the store closed to grubhub and moved on. I used to order from here all the time. Third party delivery drivers are customers too guys 😬
Pizza is sometimes too salty and sauce tastes bitter.

Went to pick up my pizza on 7/9/25 at 4 pm . There were only 2 workers that were both setting outside smoking, marijuana and cigarettes. One guy came in with shoulder length black hair. High as kite . He goes to get my order and I asked him if I could have a few extra pepper please . He walks around. The corner sticks his hand in the bowl of peppers and brings me a handful and puts it in the box. I look at him and said you just pick those up with your bare hand after coming from outside .not even washing your hands . He got mad at me said I'll remake. He goes and washes his hands. He starts slamming things on the counter. The other worker came in. He was very nice and very helpful. Also very high. I will not be coming back to this Papa.John's location i felt very uncomfortable 😕
