Papa Johns Pizza

Worst Papa Johns pizza place. They need to spend an extra 15 seconds making their pizzas. It isn’t because they are busy either. Poorly managed place, with an owner that will always say that they were out when the bad pizzas happen (and they will). I highly recommend going to any other pizza location than this spot. I have received my last undercooked pizza with all of the toppings in the middle of a three inch wide crust.

This location needs a new manager or needs to be shut down.

Pizza was more crust than actual pizza. It was also undercooked so we tried reheating it in the oven only to be left with pizza slop as the crust couldn’t even hold the ingredients in it. Usually we have a good experience in this location but this was the worst and totally ruined my appetite.

We order from papa johns a few times a week, my daughter loves pizza. It's always fresh, the employees are always nice and friendly!

I’m a longtime Papa Johns lover but was really disappointed by the pizza we picked up from this location last night. Unevenly distributed toppings (should’ve been pepperoni all over, with black olives on one half and jalapeños on the other half) and the cheese was nasty thick. We each ate a slice and then agreed to just toss the rest of it. Idk if they were understaffed or what but this was very poorly made.

They outsourced my delivery to door dash. It sat in the driver's car without a hot bag for almost an hour. I received a product that was 54 degrees according to my meat thermometer. Literally inedible

Just picked up my Shaq a Roni and the pizza looks like a medium instead of an XL and the wings look like they came from a baby chicken. Spent $30 and got maybe $20 value will not get anything from this store ever again.

The first pizza I received was a disaster—undercooked in the middle, with unevenly scattered toppings and drenched in grease. The garlic butter sauce cups were crushed during delivery, leaking everywhere. I also ordered 4 extra peppers, but instead of a reasonable amount, it looked like they threw 4 handfuls into the box with no care at all.

When I called to complain, the customer service was unfriendly and dismissive. They reluctantly sent a replacement pizza, but it was still undercooked and just as disappointing as the first one. The whole experience felt like I was being punished for even speaking up.

Since then, I decided to give them another chance. The pizza was better this time, but the attitude from the staff was still apparent and not pleasant. While the quality of the food improved, the poor customer service makes me hesitant to order from this location again. They need to work on both their consistency and how they treat their customers.

I walked in they asked me me name. They never went to where the pizza were ready. Stood there for 25 mins. They finally walked over to ready food. Pizza was over there the whole time. Horrible service

Ordered a delivery, that got lost in the system somewhere. Drove to the store about 30 mins before closing and staff were kind enough to remake my order free of charge. I appreciate the kindness and understanding of the staff and I would recommend ordering from here if you're in the area.

Worse Papa John’s I’ve been too, very poor customer service, no management, just overall poor experience, don’t waste your time at this location because you will be disappointed, they told me order would take 10-15 mins and I’ve been here almost an hour after order was placed and it didn’t get made and they told me to leave the store when I asked where my order was.

Sam was incredibly great! When we received our order, we were missing our pizza, but we called and the manager, Sam was amazing! She listened and got the issue fixed right away. We will be ordering again!
