I ordered delivery from this location and it never showed up. The manager was inexperienced and not helpful. I will never order from Papa John’s again.

The ONLY redeeming quality of this Papa John’s location is Julian. Poor guy deserves a raise.
I tried ordering $30+ worth of food and somehow doordash couldn’t find my home.
When I order DoorDash at least 5 times a week. The GM magically managed to be unavailable when their help was needed.

Julian tried having the pizza sent back after remaking it, and DoorDash flat out refused.

May be time to stop cutting costs by using DoorDash and go back to helping fill jobs in the community by hiring drivers.

Unless you’re picking up your order, I wouldn’t purchase from here. Blackjack Pizza on South College took 30 minutes to do what this Papa John’s tried and failed to do for over 2 hours.

💯 % pizza take out shop. They are fast, waiting time is short. A lot of people like their pizza.
There is no place to sit here, no restroom. You can order online or at the store but you take away. Payment is accepted through various methods

Parking is okay, store is not very wheelchair accessible.
Staff is generally polite and friendly

I placed an order for 2 large pizzas one had half toppings with the other half cheese.. I got maybe a 3rd of the pizza had toppings.. yall can decide for yourself if the rating is worth it but this pizza looks like somebody eyeballed 50% with their eyes closed

Today is August 26 around 12 PM. I just wanted to highlight the great customer service I received here today. It seems like service has diminished over the years and this gentleman did a great job and a great attention to detail very much appreciated.

I truly appreciate this location. I wish I remembered her name but I believe she is a manager; she went above and beyond on customer service!! I made a mistake on my own order and she did her best to help me out! The kids and I are super happy and thankful for the brownies. Thank you for making my day better!!!

Why is there only ever two employees in the store It is so busy and the waits are so long they're 10 minutes or more. This is very inconvenient.

Staff is cool, and food came out perfect.

I had my pizza delivered a few minutes ago. They had door dash deliver because it would have been faster. They were understaffed and still managed to make my pizza on time and fresh it was cook to perfection! Doordash text me to update me on the details. They both did a great job! Thank you all so much. When you order food and it comes in on time and is still hot is rare these days. Keep up the good work!

Worst Papa Johns pizza place. They need to spend an extra 15 seconds making their pizzas. It isn’t because they are busy either. Poorly managed place, with an owner that will always say that they were out when the bad pizzas happen (and they will). I highly recommend going to any other pizza location than this spot. I have received my last undercooked pizza with all of the toppings in the middle of a three inch wide crust.

This location needs a new manager or needs to be shut down.

Pizza was more crust than actual pizza. It was also undercooked so we tried reheating it in the oven only to be left with pizza slop as the crust couldn’t even hold the ingredients in it. Usually we have a good experience in this location but this was the worst and totally ruined my appetite.
