Went in to get a family size chicken bacon artichoke for my Friday night online poker game. and I had made it online maybe an hour before my scheduled pick up time, so I was a little irritated when it wasn’t already made. There was nobody up front and I luckily caught the manager on her way in, I had asked her where my pizza was and she had told me to wait “just one minute” so I complied. As I sat back down on the bench two people came up front and grabbed receipts to start making pizzas. Maybe 20-25 minutes after she had said “just one minute” she finally comes out from the back, and seems to completely disregard the fact that a customer had been waiting for half an hour on her accord. I ask when my pizzas gonna be ready and she says “oh yeah, I’m so sorry.” Asks me what it was, proceeds to ask if I’ve paid. And doesn’t apologize for the half hour wait. Good pizza but not worth missing my online poker game.

This is my new favorite place to go! I always love the food here but I am honestly more impressed with the guys that were working the other day. Cameron and Ethan were so professional yet at the same time really friendly. I think they need a raise. I will definitely be telling all of my friends and family to go here!

I made an online pizza order at 2:00 pm for a pick-up time at 5:30 pm same day. I arrived at the store at 5:20 and did not see any pizzas ready at the pick-up rack so I continued to wait about 30 min with still no order. I then checked in at the register and they said my pizza would be coming up shortly. I witnessed numerous orders placed after me being completed. I did not receive my order until 6:30. I wait for over an hour before finally receiving my pizza. I understand that Tuesday nights are busy for Papa Murpheys, but it was clear that the ticket orders were completely mixed up as I could hear the employees making the pizzas saying they were unsure of the ticket orders and whether or not the pizzas they were currently making were for anyone who had been waiting the past hour. I felt very badly for the gentleman who placed his online order at 10am and didn’t receive his order until after me even.Seemed very unorganized.

I went in furious because of a mistake that I had thought the restaurant had made. They very graciously handled my situation when I was the one who in fact placed my order wrong and not them who messed it up. They fixed MY mistake furthermore made me feel better about the whole situation. Upstanding work by the employees!

Like I read in a previous comment, I got home only to find 4-5 pieces of hair all throughout my pizza. I loved Papa Murphys but this was very unsettling. They obviously have an issue with this.
