They not only have the most amazing staff, but their beer is even better. There's so many options, it makes it hard to decide which is my favorite.

So disappointed in the new food menu!!! They used to have high quality food and now it is substandard. I can get better wings from Costco and my air frier. Queso that is not gluten free, why???

Jim and I loved the 305 and Fire Quencher today. Well done head brewer Dave and thank you Jason for your awesome, friendly service. Peculier is always impressive!

Staff is always friendly If you are willing to taste some different brews that you will not find anywhere else. This is the place to go and give your taste buds a treat.

We're driving through Fort Collins and looking for a place to sit outside with our dogs and have a beer. Downtown was crazy and no parking. On the way back to the hotel we ran across Peculiar. Plenty of parking, great beer selection and the food truck, outside, was great! I recommend the Cuban fries but all sound good. If you want a great place and still be able to park and not wait long for a table, this is the place. Beer is great. Bar tender is hot. Just an added bonus.

Peculiar Brewing, just a stone's throw from Comfort Inn Fort Collins North, has become my go-to spot for refreshing drinks, especially in Fort Collins' scorching weather. The highlight? Their one-liter beers are perfect for cooling down after a long day.

During my recent visit, Kara served us with exceptional hospitality. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made the experience truly enjoyable. She was not only knowledgeable about their brews but also took the time to ensure we had everything we needed.

The ambiance at Peculiar Brewing is laid-back yet vibrant, making it a great spot to unwind. The outdoor seating area was particularly pleasant, offering a relaxing atmosphere under the Colorado sky.

Overall, Peculiar Brewing exceeded my expectations with its great selection of beers and outstanding service from Kara. Whether you're a local or visiting Fort Collins, this brewery is definitely worth a visit. I look forward to returning soon for another round of their fantastic brews and warm hospitality.
