This is my favorite place in town, hands down. All dishes are works of art with perfectly balanced flavors. All mixed drinks, alcoholic and not, are also fantastic. I really hope they stay open forever!

Casual relaxed bohemian place with a lovely selection of small plates and sandwiches. The food is lovely too… Persimmon is an experience without being too overwhelming.

I stopped in on a whim when I realized my favorite coffee shop to grab a bite to eat at was already closed. This place is definitly a new favorite though, everything tastes super good and is cooked perfectly. I had the dates with goat cheese and honey which were a really good mix of sweet and salty, the baked feta that comes with toasted peta which was pretty spicy but SOOOOO good, and the roasted beet tartines which were really refreshing. Definitely will be going back.

Truly a hidden gem!! Some of the most incredible food we’ve had in a long time and we dine each week in downtown Chicago where my husband and I live as empty nesters. (Mild “foodies”) Seriously delicious - it’s food that “sings in your mouth”. Great comfortable vibe with passion for creating fabulous and tasty food and unique cocktails.

Vegetarian options: Cucumber salad, roasted tomato sandwich, olives, all the dips and pita. Yum. yum. yum.
