I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Petra Grill (1335 W Elizabeth St, Fort Collins). While I was hoping for a good Mediterranean meal, the experience fell short in several ways:
My order was petra grill combo mix : The lamb or beef skewers weren't done at all.
The service was slow and inattentive. We waited a long time for food.
The side dishes and appetizers that came with the meal lacked flavor — the grilled veggies were bland and the garlic sauce tasted off.
Given their claims of “Mediterranean” cuisine, I expected more care and consistency in preparation.
Because of this experience, I’m hesitant to return or recommend this place. I hope the management will pay better attention to quality and service so future diners have a better experience.

This is a hidden gem in Fort Collins. A true family owned business with amazing atmosphere and even better food. If you are willing to be adventurous and try the daily specials you'll be really rewarded. Love these guys. Aysha was an awesome server! You could tell she really loves the food and is excited for you to enjoy it as well.

Delivery. Missing tabbouleh and cauliflower in veg plate. Hummus is not good. Falafel is good. Babba is smokey. Pita is rock hard. No thank you.
