The most disappointing experience in any restaurant I’ve ever had- The kitchen was prioritizing to go orders.- We were the only people sitting in the restaurant and waited almost 45 minutes for our food to come to the table.! When the appetizers arrived, the fried “ PORK” Vietnamese eggrolls were cold inside and contained no pork, just dismal shreds of carrots & something else we could not identify and they tasted like they were fried and old grease- Additionally, when the entrées came, I ordered a pork and eggroll noodle bowl – a serving of rice noodles, which is their way of keeping the food as cheaply made with poor ingredients as possible — the pork wasn’t even real pork. It was some unidentified, smelly, texturized, meat substitute and the portion of “FAKE PORK” was small — I complained to the server a couple of times about the food being inadequate and they took measly 10% off of our bill- The server was sweet, and I don’t usually do this, but this was all reflected in her tip because the restaurant didn’t do better by us.! YOU DEFINITELY DONT NEED TO EAT HERE! !

Very quiet atmosphere, was seated basically as soon as we walked in. The food was amazinggg. I got the P7, Rare steak, and my sister got the P12, chicken, pho bowls. Bowls are decently sized but feel more like a general small size rather than a regular. Only thing is I wish there was a small option just for pricing purposes. My sister and I paid about $14 each for our bowls. Personally, I think it could be a little cheaper but other than that, everything was great !

Been coming here for years with no issue. Just spent 20 minutes waiting on a bowl of pho, as the only customer in the restaurant, while the two servers on sat and ate. Insane. Every single other time I’ve come here, I’ve had food in like 7 minutes. Idk what the deal was today, but it sucked to just be stared by the servers while they ate, and waiting over 20 minutes. I ended up walking out and came to Saigon Grill and in the time it took me to order and to type this my food is here.
