Ordered a tofu rice plate that cost over $15.00. Incredibly meger serving size. Disappointing for the price. Not worth it in my opinion.

The broth was decent enough but the meat portions were incredibly small for the price and the meat quality is very poor. This is my second time in a week giving it another chance. Same situation each time. I don't think I'll back and will stick to Saigon grill.

Pretty basic flavors… kind of disappointed… the rice paper wraps has no flavor, in general is like they just put together the ingredients but no any seasonings

Ordered pick up and don't know if they hated that we ordered at 8:30 when they close at 9 or just hated the look of us but left out several of our Pho condiments, the broth was cold barley room temp when he walked out the door with it and the Rangoon where cold to top. When I got home and heated it since I don't want cold Pho the meat smelt off.

First time eating here after trying two other local Vietnamese restaurants. My verdict, food was ok. Nothing to rave about. Why isn't there real traditional Vietnamese restaurants in Fort Collins? I don't want to have to drive clear to Aurora Colorado. As an Asian person, I have lived and eaten good Pho all over the United States. I really can't find a good bowl of good Pho. The broth is the heart of a good pho. This place didn't deliver that. No flavor at all. Also please change the peanut dipping sauce for the salad rolls. It's way to runny and not flavorful. If you are really interested in eating good pho, do not go here. They had corn dogs for kids. The 1st sign I should have walked back out the door.

Placed an order recently and had our food delivered. When it got here we were missing an entire order and the orders that we did get were not complete. An order of pho normally comes with a sauces (like it normally does at the restaurant). The restaurant failed to complete our order. We even tried calling to get the issue resolved. To our surprise they argued that the kitchen included the sauces. The sauces 100% did not come with our order. We have ordered from this exact restaurant for years and ultimately had to reorder the 1st order that were missing and then drove to the restaurant to pick it up. Once we arrived the restaurant tried charging us extra for the missing sauces. We declined to pay for something that should’ve have been included with our order to begin with. The restaurant then advised us they subtract the price of the sauces but when we got the receipt it was the same price. To my surprise they added 2 “to go charge” to the order. WOW. They subtract the sauces but then added another fee just to screw us over. This message is not about the sauces. The sauces are like $1. This is about ruining someone’s afternoon because a restaurant who is failing at customer service. I can confidently say this will be the last time we order from here. There is so many better Pho restaurants in Fort Collins. Bye
The large pho is not even medium. You can send a failing business into worse income by trying to save money this way better to remove menu items and lower quality than lower portion this usa cmon! Also why do I get a notification about your "reply" every day

I went here about a month and a few days ago but I can still taste the amazing flavor of the pho I had in my mouth since then. This place's noodles is really good and the interior design is very cozy and neat. The serving was a bit slow and but it was probably because there was only one waitress that day sadly. Overall this place is a delight and very good!

This place is an absolute nightmare. Cheap ingredients, VERY small portions. My wife got the shrimp pho, it had 4 shrimp in it and snack em's crab. I got rare beef and tripe, they mixed onion into the tripe to make it look like more and it was still less than 1/4cup. The broth was just beef broth. Kids got chicken and rice, just look at the pictures. First 1 star I've ever given. Appalling.

It's always calm at pho duy, nice staff, and the best pho in Fort collins/loveland combined! I go at least once a month:)

Pho Duy delivers a comforting, authentic bowl of soup that warms you from the inside out. The broth is rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of spices, while the noodles are always tender and fresh. Topped with conservative portions of meat and a side of crisp, fragrant veggies, each bowl feels thoughtfully prepared yet customizable. The service is friendly, and the casual setting makes it a great spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Whether you’re a pho enthusiast or new to it, this place does not disappoint! The fish sauce was relatively standard in regard to flavor, but it still wasn’t too shabby. More redeeming were their appetizers and Thai tea which are all absolutely delicious - a vital component of the delightful dining experience.

The pho does taste good but not as good as I hoped. It was my first time trying from pho duey, my usual spot is Pho Lan in Loveland which is absolutely incredible. I also recently tried some from Saigon Grill which I would say tasted more like pho than what I got at pho duey, although it did seem a bit too oily. I knew as soon as I smelled it it wasn't going to be the same, the broth doesn't have that distinct aroma pho should have. But like I said, it didn't taste bad. I still ate it all. Just not as authentic, in my opinion, as other places.

SO DELICIOUS!!! I ordered the sesame chicken with noodles substituted for my rice. My significant other ordered the pho noodles and both were spectacular! Will be coming back often!
