The broth was decent enough but the meat portions were incredibly small for the price and the meat quality is very poor. This is my second time in a week giving it another chance. Same situation each time. I don't think I'll back and will stick to Saigon grill.
First time eating here after trying two other local Vietnamese restaurants. My verdict, food was ok. Nothing to rave about. Why isn't there real traditional Vietnamese restaurants in Fort Collins? I don't want to have to drive clear to Aurora Colorado. As an Asian person, I have lived and eaten good Pho all over the United States. I really can't find a good bowl of good Pho. I went here about a month and a few days ago but I can still taste the amazing flavor of the pho I had in my mouth since then. This place's noodles is really good and the interior design is very cozy and neat. The serving was a bit slow and but it was probably because there was only one waitress that day sadly. Overall this place is a delight and very good!
