We are from out of state and this place was recommended to us by my son so we checked it out. All of the pinball machines only accept quarters and they have an old school coin changer. My 15 y/o other son put in his $5 bill in and changed it.Then the bartender/manager guy explained that it was ‘free play Monday’ and $5 got you all the free play. I explained to him that we didn’t know and my son had already changed his $5 bill and asked if he would buy back the quarters in exchange for the $5 fee. This man, besides being rude from the start, became super passive aggressive and tried to make the 15 y/o feel bad about not knowing about the ‘free play’ day and expected him to walk around holding $5 in change. The guy took the change and threw it in his drawer, then he intentionally ignored us sitting at the little ‘bar’ area. He was stewing.When I finally got him to serve me a beer, he said it was on the house as an insult and don’t ever give a bar $5 in quarters ever again while staring down my kid. Is this how you treat out of town-ers? We’ll never go back as long as the guy works there.

Went there the night of December 5th 2023 apparently they had a private party, but their no signs up or closer on the site. The company who had rented it out was the rudest people I have ever met and was acting like the front door was a 420 smoke circle. Didn't see a person working at all.

Awesome atmosphere and great people. It's a pretty weird lay out just cause the games are right in the entrance and you are kinda just left to see where to go next but it's not a big place but it's definitely good enough size for friends or a date also has a bar which is pretty nice it's not to big as well so if you are like me and don't like the bigger bars and loud trap music Definitely check it out.

I asked bartender if they give out drinks for people's birthdays for my friend and the guy told me he would get my friend a draft if I bought one myself. My girlfriend bought a shot and left a tip and I bought a draft. He then puts his arms on the counter and aggressively said "look man! I already have your friend a free drink. Where is my tip!" with these crazy eyes, when my girl already gave him one and most bars give free drinks without expecting anything in return.

I visited pinball Jones earlier today to play some of the machines. Great atmosphere and always a great vibe. for someone who was born in the late '80s, I sure do appreciate these old school arcade machines as well.
