Delicious food. Great service and fantastic atmosphere. Well priced too. Highly recommend.

They’ll be closing soon if things don’t turn around. tried to call three times to make a reservation and that should’ve been a good warning when they never answered. Even saw the other reviews. Finally made a reservation by stopping in. Waited over ten minutes to be greeted and seated when arriving. The one server Ryan was hustling so we don’t fault him. Horribly understaffed. Minestrone tasted terrible and we couldn’t eat it. Chicken was bland and tasted old. Breadsticks were like hot dog buns in size and firmness? Weird. Eggplant Parmesan had clearly been fried at a prior time and been reheated.Lack of staffing and corners being cut will out this place out of business in no time. Other parties left because no one came to seat them. Pricey for what you get. The recipes are there but the experience was horrible.

We saw mixed reviews for Pinocchios, but for us it was great. The Eggplant Ptarmigan was better than most everyone who offers it. The Onion and Asiago Ravioli was awesome and rich.

Excellent food and service. Our meals were quite tasty. Even leftovers for tomorrow. We will definitely be back.

Stopped by tonight at the Fort Collins location. Had a great dinner and the service was very good considering they, as most others, are a bit shorthanded. Pasta tasted great and bread sticks were spot on. Highly recommend!

I think we must have caught this restaurant on a bad night. We ordered an appetizer to start and after a little while we were told they were out, so we ordered a different appetizers and they were out of that too. Turns out they only had one appetizer available today. Our salad and bread sticks were fine. We all ordered the same entree and it was nearly inedible. Our pasta was closer to soup than fettuccine. Our noodles were soggy and so was the chicken. Our salad plates were never cleared even though we had set them at the edge of the table to be taken. This is not an inexpensive restaurant and I felt like food did not live up to the price. Very disappointing.

We were blown away by the incredible food and SERVICE!!! Service changes everything and when its coupled with delicious food it has become our number one place to eat. They'll be seeing us again soon. ?

You can say I'm picky when it comes to eating out. My husband and I decided to take a chance on Pinocchios and found our new favorite place to go!!! Not only did the homemade food take our taste buds to Italy, but the service stole our hearts!! We can't wait to return!!

Had dinner with family here. Wonderful experience! The food and drinks were delicious! We had the rosemary chicken, linguine with white clam sauce, and angel hair pasta. Outstanding. Our server Brian was attentive, had great recommendations, and provided stellar service. I loved the atmosphere, traditional Italian with a warm welcoming feel. Don’t forget desert - the lemon icing cake and Spumoni were superb. This is a gem in Fort Collins and we will be coming back.

Two couples out for a birthday dinner for the wives. We all LOVE Italian food, so chose Pinocchio's. Our waiter was excellent - he took wonderful care of us, including the extra plates, forks and coffee for the cake that we brought. We highly recommend this place for a really good dinner out.

Came here for dinner tonight 7/20/21! Our server Michaela was awesome and very informative. She was attentive to our table the entire night for our dining experience. Enjoyed the calzone and the cheese ravioli! Definitely will be back ?
