It's always quick and easy to get food with this location! Apologies for my last visit, I wasn't sure if the ding from the door was heard, so I opened it again. Food was great and service was very friendly!!

Parking: This location has a drive-through window, so no need to even park.

Terrible pizza. Sorry to say it, it was worse than a dollar pizza from the frozen section. Super embarrassed when I offered to buy pizza for the staff and how old and cold it was by the time we got it. Very disappointing. Carrier said he waited for another order because they had it wrong. I think I was given the mess up. Who knows.

I'm reviewing again because they effed up our order for the second time IN A ROW, and now I'm left with no dinner. I will never order from this place again. I'd give zero stars if I could. Avoid!!! They can't get orders correct to save their lives, and the pizza is always almost an hour later than originally said - therefore cold and gross. Ugh.

Horrible customer service. We went in for 15.99 5 topping pizzas. We asked for a 2 topping pizza with extra cheese and a cheese pizza with extra cheese. They upcharged us to almost $20 per pizza. Why? Extra cheese and extra pepperoni. How does that make sense? We only had 2 toppings on one and none on the other. They were also out of Pepsi. Get a new manager.

This is like the 4th or 5th time our order has been wrong. I don't know why I keep ordering from this place... Tonight I ordered through the app and the Doordash delivery driver tried to hand me 3 pizzas that weren't mine. I opted for a refund - hope I get it? The girl on the phone didn't seem sure I'd get a confirmation about that refund, so we'll see. I know from previous experience that opting for a second pizza to be delivered will take literal hours. I just wanted a quick dinner. The pizza is always old-tasting, too, like it's been sitting out a while.

First, they were out of breadsticks?!? Then my pizza was missing a topping, not a huge deal. I called and the phone line kept making a weird noise so I could barely hear what she was saying. Said my replacement pizza would be 30 minutes, since they are for some reason sending it through Doordarsh it is actually taking an hour to get here. The order was originally delivered by a Pizza Hut delivery driver.
The app was also being weird and did not add things that I definitely added when ordering(not their fault at all, just adds to the frustration). The pizza we already received was delicious but the pop was warm.

Delivery was fast, probably because the food was sitting in a heater for hours beforehand. Both pizzas crust was very overcooked and hard to chew, same with the garlic breadsticks. Wanted to try these guys over dominos this time, and I regret it. The only bread that was soft was the cinnamon sticks, they were good.

Nobody comes up to the front making you think noonday’s there’s Always takes way longer than that say and they seem like a skeleton crew. No lights and dirty tables I left my house when it said it was READY and waited 20 minutes once I got to the store

Quick disclaimer: I’m still gonna end up eating here. Just know, it’s always gonna be a hassle. Especially if you’re using the mobile app! It consistently gets pickup times wrong, and every time I order for pickup it’s always “you just recently placed your order” and I’m sorry but I placed it 30 minutes ago and the app said it’d be ready in 15? Fix the app I beg you. That being said, everyone I’ve interacted with, all the employees, they’re all doing their best. 10/10, I’ve gotten some service that was sub par but each time I’m able to see the person behind the counter and they’re always pretty chill.
Fix the app.
Please.

I just had one of the most frustrating experiences ordering pizza here. I made my order around 8:30pm, and didn't get my pizza until 10:30pm. I don't usually like writing bad reviews, but I'm extremely frustrated with the service here.

It's been a long day, I'm just looking to enjoy a pizza and wings with my younger sister. They sent the order through doordash - which is weird because why don't you guys have your own delivery drivers??? (I ordered through the pizza hut app, from what I assumed was directly pizza hut) first time they tried sending it, my order just straight up didn't come. I don't know if the door dash driver took it? Or if it got delivered to the wrong place? But anyways I called them, and I'm not gonna gripe about a pizza being too late because I feel bad and they were nice enough to make a new one and send it, anyways the driver got here at 10:30 only to find out they tried making me pay for it again!!!! At this point I'm even more frustrated because why is ordering pizza this hard ? my boyfriend called the store, the same guy who helped me earlier answered and we try explaining the situation to him but he literally started immediately accusing us of trying to pull a fast one on him (which no!!! I just wanted my stupid pizza!!!!!! >:[ ) but it turns out it was a mistake and he didn't mark it down as paid for. I'm not trying to give the person helping us any crap, I 100% understand mistakes happen, but don't immediately just assume I'm trying to pull a fast one on you -_-

The cherry on top is the pizza was not so great. It was cold, that classic cardboard pizza hut pizza. Idk why I ordered from here I just thought it had been a while and my little sister wanted it. I spent $30 on pizza and wings and now I'm just sad. Go to dominos instead.
