I walked in with a friend of mine and the lady at the front counter saw us, but didn't help us. We seated ourselves, and we waited for her to come take our order, but she didn't come. Then two other customers walked in and she immediately walked in to help them. She walked over and took our orders afterwards, and served us our drinks.
I don't know what her deal was, but I don't recommend this place if you happen to be Jewish. They'll prioritize other customers over you.

By far, it's the worst pizza hut i have ever been to. I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting Fort Collins. The pizza is sub-par, even by franchise standards. The service is equally bad. The cleanliness is nonexistent.

Service you can't get service to a semi truck I guess in the state of Colorado you can in Idaho and you can in Montana and you can in Wyoming but for some reason they won't deliver to a semi truck in Colorado stupid. Which I think is highly unfair especially if I'm prepaying for the order and paying for the tip prepaying it all

Ordered 2 pizzas at 8:18pm, estimated delivery time was 8:58pm, at 9:26pm got a text saying the order was delayed, received slightly warm and dried out pizza at 9:50pm. Not the first time this has happened unfortunately.
We bought the hut boxes and the food was horrible, the wings were the size of marbles. Waste of money!

Food is good for fast food for some reason the short night time manager has to have the extra bread stick seasoning coming out of her pay check because ever other shift no worries on her watch nope can't do it for you
The girl working right now 6/18/24 1:08 pm was so rude to me when I called to report an incorrect order that I chose to not get a replacement pizza or a credit. I will never go here again because of her. I wasn't even mad when I called. Mistakes happen. The gentleman that took my order over the phone and the gentleman that delivered my food in red ford were both very nice. It's sad when you choose not to take a replacement or credit because someone makes you feel so uncomfortable.
