the delivery driver dropped the pizza off at my neighbors door and I didnt hear about it until 30 minutes later when my neighbor came to tell me they found my pizza with ants all over it lmao. I called the location and was told "its on the way" as it was sitting on their doorstep collecting ants. No refund just store credit so obviously I just want my food. 30 minutes after being told its getting sent back out it still isn't here so I call and get told it left the store at 7:43 (7 minutes from me) 7:58 i get the pizza, dude didnt even say my bad or anything, rough night I guess. Don't usually review but I've had plenty of time waiting to write this.

The guy taking the order was incompetent, didn't get my ordering info right and didn't ask if I was paying cash or card. Not to mention the driver putting my order on the ground and being down right rude. I don't understand how this store is still open, I won't eat from there anymore! This place deserves ZERO stars!!!??

I go here for my friend Camden's birthday party often. It is a good place to eat, the only downsides are you have to get bottled sodas because they got rid of the fountain drink machine, and they don't have an all you can eat lunch buffet.

Went for carryout with multiple pizzas. Picked up pizza. Asked for a couple of chilli flakes and parmesan. Was told that I had to pay for chilli flakes and parmesan now. No thanks and you just lost my business. Worse, they messed up my order and gave me the wrong item. Called about it. They hung up in the middle of my call. Called again. Said they will credit my account. Checked and found out they did not. Terrible customer service and terrible experience overall.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered online and my husband went in to get the order and was told we didn’t order from that store. He didn’t have his phone on him to show the confirmation on our receipt so he came back and I called in. I talked to a women Who I believe her name was Megan and she told me he never gave her my name even though he said he did. And that yeah she had found my name. I asked to talk to a manger and get a refund and she hung up on me. I then had to call the other Pizza Hut on Pennock plaza to get the manager of the store and she got me in contact with Dakota who said he would refund my pizza. I had points that I was using and if course won’t get those back but it’s ok I will not be going through Pizza Hut again. They lost me as a customer!

I walked in around 11:30 today and the place was absolutely disgusting, every single table was filthy, my feet stuck to the floor and there was only one person working and he was cleaning in the back. He made no attempt to acknowledge we were even there. We walked out, this place should not be in operation.

We called in an order and were told we'd wait about 45 minutes. They took all necessary credit card info. We called back an hour and a half later to check in and the employee on the phone tried to say we were contacting the wrong Pizza Hut because they had no record of our order. When we offered to inform her what time we called, what we ordered, and what we were told would be charged, instead of doing anything to be proactive or suggest solutions or offer apologies she continued to suggest we were calling the wrong location. I'm not sure what more we were supposed to do. Send her a screenshot of our call logs? It's one thing to mess up or lose an order. That happens if things get busy. But the treatment when we called back was such poor customer service. We'll be ordering from a different Pizza Hut in the future.

Used to come here weekly for pizza night just bc it's close. After the past 2 weeks I will never come here again. New workers have apparently completely dropped the ball. 35 minutes after placing the mobile order the app and email both say my order is ready. Once I get there I still wait 20 minutes before they can finally pop it out. Hopefully they can turn things around again someday...oh the breadsticks and pizza were also burnt
