Hearing the words "Fort Collins pizza" has always been a pain-point for me. When I moved to Fort Collins years ago, the lack of a good pizza was nothing short of heartbreaking. As of yesterday, I thought I had tried every pizza joint in the area, but I had not. Enter Postcard Pizza. Hidden away in Equinox brewing just next to Old Town square, I was recommended Postcard Pizza by a friend who described their experience as "life-changing". I have no better words to describe it. From the pizza dough, to the sauce, to the crusted cheese corners and sides, the toppings, the texture, the mouthfeel...This was a DAMN good pizza. If this pizza was a 10 (and it was), the distance from 9 to 10 is so vast that it has never, and will never be traveled.
I shared it with a friend (her first time here as well) who has lived in Fort Collins her whole life. We both ate in complete silence, entranced at the symphony being played on our tastebuds. Square after square, bite after bite, until I broke the silence. With tears in my eyes, I asked her, "Are we in heaven? Is this the end?"
Memories of a childhood I don't even know belonged to me came rushing back. Suddenly I was 8 years old, dancing around my parents living room with Toby Keith's "Should've Been a Cowboy" playing on the stereo. I felt sunlight dance on my skin for the first time. Is life itself folding in on this pizza? Atoms splitting, light being projected into and out of my eyes, energy radiating from one heart to the next. Scales of prejudice fell from me. The walls I've inadvertently put up to protect myself from hurt, the same walls which have shielded me from comfort, came crashing down around me. I felt; I saw God, and He was a pepperoni. All the wars, religious debates, famines, deaths...all the love, children being born, cats sleeping in windows, the brisk air on a November morning...This whole thing called life. It all made sense. I made sense of it all. I found the meaning of life hidden between the sauce and the cheese of this pizza.
Pizza guy in the red shirt, I never got your name, but you have single handedly changed the trajectory of my life. Fort Collins pizza has been solved.
TL;DR: good pizza, will be back. May cause an existential crisis.

I found this pizza on Google reviews said it was the top rated pizza in Fort collins. I'm here to say I disagree with that. The pizza was overpriced little to no sauce on it. Was crispy but super super greasy. And no sauce barley any on the regular pepperoni. My wife had something with Pineapple on it had a giant ring of pineapple from a can not good. Not sure why they have all the positive reviews most likely friends or something. My stomach definitely hurt after eating this. I would not recommend it also took 74 minutes to get one pizza. I did know that when I ordered, it was not a surprise. However was such a long time I figured the pizza must be good. Very disappointed not good Detroit style pizza. Save your money go somewhere else

I can admit that I'm def a pizza snob, through and through. This is by far the best in NoCo and I've tried most of them at this point. The crust is perfectly crispy but still light and flaky in the middle. Topping choices are good and make a big difference. With how much crust there is, choose one of the topping combos that have a lot of strong flavors. Muted flavors don't work as well for this (like chicken parm). But it's def fantastic and I'm hoping they start doing seven days a week!

Delicious pizza! Love that tall, crispy crust. This is craft pizza for sure.
We ordered two small pizzas and that is a lot of food for two people. We wanted to try more than one. We had leftovers twice, and they were excellent too! (Reheat in the oven, respect the crunchy bits!)
The wait times given when placing the order are spot on. I would plan a few extra minutes to find parking, it is Old Town after all.
The atmosphere is great. I got my order to go, but can't wait to get a pizza for dine-in and sit by the fireplace having a brown ale from the brewery.
So glad I found this place.

Super solid deep dish pizza run by a very kind pizza artist (thanks Jeff)! Their pies are robust in flavor with crispy deep dish crust, and has a unique flavor profile that sets it apart. Artisan work! The pies take a little more time than most thinner crust places, but they put great detail and care into their pizza. Equinox is also a wonderful atmosphere and great brewery, good place to meet with friends or come for trivia on Thursdays!
