Fort Collins… very disappointed. The Rio and Pueblo Viejo are rated the same. When in fact everything about the food at Viejo is far superior. The Rio is essentially bar food. Please do your jobs and make Viejo the go to Old Town spot for Mexican Cuisine. If you keep this up we won’t be able to have nice things anymore.

The excessively lengthy review by Fiestas 303 is beyond belief. Was this an internationally renowned food critic, or just a normal diner? So wordy and detailed about his meal choice about everything but left out if there were mice running around! My wife and I have been to this restaurant many many times. It is family owned and operated and exceptionally attentive, courteous in serving diners. . While not satisfying to Fiestas 303 (maybe he should dine in a 5 star establishment...

Service is so fast, you would think that something was wrong. You order, they take your menu back up front, and then walk to the kitchen and straight back to your table and set your food down. Then you think you blacked out or had a stroke because it was 45 seconds to make 4 fresh hot plates. It's a timewarp I swear.
