Always ordered from this place but it's been nothing but a mess the last few times I've ordered. Tons of flop, undercooked pepperoni, super oily. It's sad because I thought this was the last good pizzaria in the area.

Inedible, uncooked garbage. We got a wet, uncooked pizza and cheese bread that maybe touched an oven for 30 seconds. Got a mouthful of raw dough on my first bite and entirely ruined my dinner.

Pulcinella should be ashamed that food looking like this leaves their kitchen.

The employees do not give a crap about you. They’re rude. I believe the manager(clear glasses) hates everybody and he lets you know.

Great pizza. The attitude of some of the staff needs improvement. I mean, sorry for making your day harder by ordering a pizza. A thank you would be great.

Pulcinella has always been a family favorite for delicious Italian-style pizza and a great glass of wine. Leno and the team are wonderful—always welcoming, helpful, and kind. Mary, the owner, is simply incredible; her warmth and hospitality shine through every time. I especially enjoy when she’s behind the bar, sharing stories of her amazing time in Italy and just being a joy to talk with. Pulcinella will always be a top choice for pizza in Fort Collins!

My favorite pizza is a margarita pizza as long as it’s more traditional or authentic, these guys have it figured out… also I think David Portnoy would approve of the undercarriage.?‍? can’t speak for him though.

While Pulcinella's has the best pizza in town, their employees have gotten increasingly worse over time. It used to be a nice, friendly, and reliable restaurant. Now their staff acts like they don't want to be there and getting 2 slices for lunch is a hassle. Forget about calling them for a pickup order during the middle of the day, you'll be put on hold and then spoken to like you're bothering them while trying to place an order. Very disappointing to see how their staff acts recently.

We had a great first time experience. The food was great, dough was great, ingredients pretty fresh. Our waitress Heather was exceptional and made the entire experience. She brought insight, suggestions and wit. We will be back! Thanks!

In my opinion and all of my east coast friends opinion, this is the best pizza in town. You can find other pizza joints that are kinda similar but the sauce they use here and just the quality of ingredients puts this place over the top as the standalone pizza champ in Fort Collins. Even just the cheese slice is crazy good. 10/10 this place has become comfort food for me and when I can’t decide on what to eat we usually end up going here

Legit NY pizza in Fort Collins. Pizza is occasionally 1-2 mins under but still better than any pizza around here. Workers are always friendly and attentive.

It was a well-made New York style pizza. We had a couple slices of the cheese pizza and the Chicken Pesto Panini. The pizza was flavorful and had a nice crisp crust! The panini was delicious, with grilled chicken, pesto, and gooey melted mozzarella on crispy bread. A satisfying choice. The place has a relaxed, café feel, making it perfect for a casual or quick lunch.

My favorite pizza in Ft Collins so far, the meatballs were also delicious.

I wanna give these guys five stars, but the food is pretty inconsistent. Primarily, it's a crust issue: sometimes it's got a nice crispy undercarriage and sometimes it's a bit floppy and undercooked.
That said, top notch cheese and ingredients and would recommend for anyone looking for a higher-quality pie.

These people have no respect for the female owner of the company nor listen to the customers requests. My order of two slices was incorrect twice
It saddens me to have to post this, so disrespectful. The so called Manger was too busy talking to a new a rep about the lack of interest on the owners behalf to realize that there were other payed customers within ear shot!!!!!
