Fast food, so expect everything that comes along with that. However, every time I go into this location all the people are friendly and Liz specifically freaking rocks and is helpful with all the questions. Give her a raise.

Whatever lady that is working mornings needs to come in less baked. The burrito I got was falling all apartđ other than that no problems.

I'm not sure if all Qdoba has gone downhill but recently I visited this place to get a quick dinner for my family and we got some dry bland burritos that were not cheap ($14+ each). I had to reopen them and add hot sauce and cream at home to make them bearable. I also ordered tacos from the kids menu only to realize they were pretty spicy when my kids took a bite. Why on earth would you add hot ground beef to a kids menu??? Massive disappointment and waste of money.

This was BY FAR the best experience Iâve ever had at a Qdoba. The food was delicious and made perfectly by the awesome server, Liz. She exemplifies perfection in her profession! Thank you Liz!

The fact that they don't charge extra for guacamole and queso is what keeps me coming back.

The guy taking my order had absolutely no energy, didnât ask me what I wanted to order and didnt speak to me almost at all. He rolled my burrito so bad it came out the sides of the tortilla and the foil didnât even cover the whole thing, sauce got everywhere and there was a huge mess. The only reason I put 3 stars for service was because the woman that checked me out was awesome and extremely friendly.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences on Sunday, August 10 around 2 PM, due to an employee named Liz. When my partner and I politely asked for another entrĂŠe, she let out a loud, exaggerated âUGHHHHHHâ right in front of us as if we were bothering her just for ordering food. She then spoke to us in a rude, dismissive tone and even shouted during the interaction, which was completely uncalled for.
To make things worse, she was also openly rude to her coworkers in front of customers, creating a tense and uncomfortable environment.
There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior, especially in a customer-facing role. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because no one should be treated this way neither customers nor staff.

Qdoba is the ONLY fast food place Iâll eat. There are plenty near where I live, so thatâs convenient.
But Why is it my Only Fast Food?
⢠Consistencyâthey have that down.
⢠Healthy Choicesâthere are bins of âheart attack on a plateâ type food (red meat and cheese), but I ignore those in favor of chicken, tasty veggies, guac, brown rice, black beans, etc. Lots to choose from, so you can easily tailor your burrito to your taste. Try that at the crappy burger joints that people kill themselves with. Heart disease is the number one medical killer, and eating something that is more than a third animal fat is slow, painful suicide.
⢠QualityâIâm originally from the west coast, where authentic burritos can be found pretty easily. No so here in my Colorado town. Just because someone is from Mexico doesnât mean they know how to cook. Qdoba has, while not authentic east LA flavors, at least pretty good flavors. Theyâve figured it out.
⢠Priceâa burrito is a little over $10 at this writing. Covid raised all food prices and greedy companies refuse to lower them. So, these âgiant tubes of foodâ as I call them (for best results insert in mouth and squeeze from the bottom up -) are a relative bargain.
⢠Calorie Counts Clearly Displayed. ++
⢠SpeedâIâm retired so can go when others arenât there, but still, for made to order food, itâs fast.
I wish theyâd bring whole wheat tortillas back. But you canât have everything.
Cold ingredients take away flavor, so I always get my burritos to go and put them in a frying pan for a few minutes, turning to brown the tortilla. Then itâs hot and tasty.

I enjoy the friendly banter inside. The staff has a high moral & seems to enjoy their work.
Bring a joke - They love to laugh.

I went recently and the customer service was a bit lacking, the first guy that puts all the meats, rice, and beans did not say a single word to me, sort of like a ghost honestly. They also were out of white rice and steak so I had to settle for something completely different than I wanted. At least the second guy at the register was kind.
Ok, I go into a Qdoba with proper expectations. It's not going to be quite Chipotle, but better than taco John's. But the server was not very happy to be there i could tell. No name tag, so whatevs. I asked for a burrito bowl, worth sweet spicy chicken. She took regular chicken and put it into the tub that had the spicy sauce in it, stirred it around and scooped it up and put it in my bowl. I mean, at least PRETEND there's a difference between the regular chicken and the sweet and spicy. I wish Qdoba was more on par with Chipotle, but clearly they are not. Nor do they seem to care. It's not like Chipotle is a high bar to try and shoot for either lol.
Good food, great staff, amazing environment. Simple and easy.
