QDOBA Mexican Eats

Absolutely adored the service I received yet again from Kaleena. Kaleena is a wonderful worker and provided amazing customer service and experience. She’s very kind and approachable as well as quick. Will definitely be coming back.

i work in the area and frequent this Qdoba location specifically. I have been going there at the very least 1 a week for the last year and a half and i have NEVER had an experience like i did today. I went on my lunch break and arrived at approx. 1:35pm. watched the woman in line ahead of me get her service and food no problem by a tall man. there was a woman with short chin/shoulder length brown hair who came to the counter from the back maybe. She started making and bagging the online orders that were on the counter. she looked up at me one time and gave me a little side eye look and i smiled at her. i watched the manager (bald man with a light purple qdoba shirt) walk outside and back behind the counter. the original man was at the grill and the girl was still bagging the order. none of them said anything. not a hello or one second please. so when the bald man walked back up towards the counter i said “are you guys taking orders right now” and he ignored me and the woman looked at me and put her hands in the air with a shrug and said “he’s not doing anything” so i asked her “are you guys taking orders right now?” and she said “you see me working don’t you” and i said “ya i’ve been standing here for (looks at phone and it’s not 1:49pm) 15 minutes watching all three of you and nobody has said anything” she said “well if you dont feel like standing there you can leave” and i asked “well do you feel like taking orders today” and she said “not yours, you can leave”. I then left and tried to call and speak to the manager and she answered and i said “may i please speak to a manager” she said “i am a manager” i said “what was your name” and she replied “if you’re the gal that was jusy in here im not giving you my name and nobody here is going to give you their names out of spite” and i asked for the corporate number, was told to google it and then was hung up on.

i actually am the store manager of the location that i work and the lack of professionalism and decency was absolutely unacceptable and unnecessary. i guess ill stick to the weekday staff because the weekend staff was absolutely ridiculous. 6/7/25 at 2pm.

I really like Qdoba, so this review is not typical. But they need to be aware of this. My kids and I ate there at 3:00. I had no rice and no beans in my order, but I had extra meat, both steak and chicken. All of the meat was cold and dry. It was really terrible. It had been sitting out way too long and uncovered. I noticed it was all very dry looking when he scouped it up. He should have as well. And it was completely cold. So disappointing when my experience at Qdoba is typically not like this.

This is a nice place with a spacious atmosphere and great food.

Was a bit expensive but the food was good.

Employees were very nice and respectful and they made sure I was satisfied with my food

Seriously concerned with how salty my burrito was. It tastes like the lid fell off the salt shaker but instead of remaking it they just mixed it and hoped for the best. My mouth is burning from the amount of salt I couldn’t finish my meal.

I’m actually very sick after eating it a few hours ago. Horrible cramps I won’t be going back ever again.

It took my entire 30min lunch break to get my food. There was only one person working (she was great) but during lunch hour you really need more people working.

This location is the worst. I’ve ordered pick up from here twice and both times my orders were wrong, even though the ticket that was printed on my bag and on my items were right. I tried calling to sort it out and the phone just rang for an eternity. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one off JFK & harmony.

Hi this Monique. I order doordaah from you guys at 7:30pm. The tacos didn't have much steak at all. Missing guacamole and didn't even taste the sause on them. I never seen tacos so badly made.

The staff here is so nice and friendly, I've never had a bad experience with them. I Definitely recommend this location for that reason alone.

Additionally, the food is great and always reasonably fresh.

I really liked the fact that the restaurant was not very busy on a Friday evening. The staff was really friendly and took my order quickly and before I knew it I had paid and was on my way out. I hope I have more time next time to stay and relax.

This was awful basically a garbage order both nachos the beans were cold and soupy the chicken was not there. This location usually is good but this time I was extremely disappointed. And too expensive for the food to be this bad.
