QDOBA Mexican Eats

If you haven't tried this place yet, thats crazy...but anyways, food always tastes amazing from here, from breakfast to dinner they always serve fresh ingredients. Staff is really good about swapping ingredient trays to fresh new batches. I recommend the Lime Habanero Steak if you haven't tried it yet, good on anything!!! Staff has always been real friendly and attentive as soon as possible. They work great as a team at this location. Props to you all at this location, you guys are awesome!

Extremely disappointed in the delivery order I received this evening. Multiple miscommunications from the delivery driver and then when I opened the order, the food was very subpar. It costs WAY too much money to be disappointed and have to spend the remainder of the night regretting I ever decided to order from them in the first place.

Don’t bother with extra protein option online, doesn’t make a difference. Also don’t expect order to be correct. Based on multiple experiences at this store.

They killed it this morning!!

This is the best Qdoba I've ever been to. The employees were actually happy and made you feel welcome. The food was fantastic.

Victor who served us was amazing! Very hard working, kind, and made sure we were enjoying our food. Above and beyond service!

The one who helped me seemed to be drugged because i had to repeat things more than three times and I only wanted a burrito and then he wanted to charge me 25 for a burrito, if the restaurant had been busy I would understand, but there was absolutely no one.

Great service, the people were very friendly behind the line. The food was all fresh as well!

Unfortunately I am unable to attest to the quality of this particular location’s food because I walked out before ordering. This was my first time visiting this location because I made a last minute decision to purchase an early lunch for six people and the employees were too focused on preparing for their lunch rush instead of attending to the customers in front of them. I was in the restaurant at 1015 am, on Tuesday February 11th.
Having worked several years in food myself and I understand the importance of attending to customers while preparing for “Rush Service”., this crew failed to receive this memo. One employee was making two burritos for the customer in front of me. Another faced me while filling something in the make bar but completely inattentive. The third employee was filling bottles with their back towards me unaware of their surroundings, there was a fourth visible employee working further in the back of the make area. I couldn’t tell if anyone was wearing earbuds, I know this is an issue in the present working environment.

I ordered a burrito with queso, salsa, and 4 toppings. I received one that only had rice and beans.

In the last couple months service, food quality and food portions have significantly declined! We use to eat here regularly but have removed it from our list of places to go. The workers are unfriendly and rude. The portions have decreased and now being charged for chips. It took us 25 min for 1 burrito and orders have been messed up when ordered on app.

Food was 5/5 but service was 6/5. Came in about 4 pm on 01/08/25 and each one of the staff was extremely welcoming and kind and just overall down to earth. I don’t mean like just the fake customer service smile, i mean these people actually seemed like they cared about how you’re doing. This was my first time at any qdoba and this is an absolutely strong first impression. Will be returning!
