Always wonderful and DELICIOUS!Vegetarian options: Abundant veg options, even vegan! Clearly labeled and they have happily done any subs I've requested.Dietary restrictions: Easy to get most things gluten free and they are very careful.Parking: Street parking is often already full, but they do have a small parking lot. Can still be hard to find parking during peak hours.Wheelchair accessibility: Is wheelchair accessible from parking lot and street

While I'm sure there may be plenty of tastier options on the menu, I was just not a fan of the green chili burrito I got. Coming from a state with big flavorful breakfast tacos I was excited to try Colorado's version as well as green chili. Nothing about it tasted bad, it was just bland to me. I did enjoy the French toast with the fresh berries and whipped cream though.

Very large sweet potato breakfast burrito. Vegan if you swap out the eggs for tempeh (or tofu).Dietary restrictions: Vegan and vegan-optional items.

Menu seems too limited. It as if they cater to only a few tastes. Honestly 90% of the items on the menu sounded odd. While I was standing at the counter looking at the menu, no one seemed friendly. Sad cuz 7 yrs ago I loved this place.

We had pumpkin bread french toast. It was delicious but a huge serving, we took half of it home. The atmosphere is a little different but nice and friendly. The price was on the higher side.

Ordered the migas, pumpkin bread French toast, and kids French toast with two mimosas. Excellent balance of crunch and flavor for the migas. Love the crispy potatoes. Wife said the pumpkin bread French toast was decadent and divine. So glad we dropped by on our drive to visit the CSU science fair!

Would be 2 stars if not for all the vegetarian options. Your chefs undercook a lot of the food. 9 times out of 10 when I get a sweet potato breakfast burrito, the sweet potatos are rock hard and hardly cooked. Every time I get falafel it's completely soggy and undercooked slop. Falafel are supposed to be crisped not soggy and gross. Also it says on Google maps they have organic dishes, but the menu does not specify what ingredients in each dish are organic or not. I think some transparency would be good. Don't think I'll ve giving you guys my money anymore after being disappointed more times than not.

Sarah's sandwich is the best sandwich i've ever had, i don't usually like tomato or onion but it was incredible, i went twice on my trip to fort collins. The strawberry lemonade is not too sweet and not too sour it's amazing! The service is also great it's easy to order and comes out fast. Great place to eat!

Absolutely love Rainbow and all of their vegetarian options! Drinks are delicious as well.

There are many things that rainbow did right to justify the price throughout the years.. the new system just seems to fall short. I’ve been going to rainbow for 20 years but moved out of Fort Collins. After 2 years of being gone , I missed rainbow! Unfortunately I’m sad to say that the experience I received today was lesser than your average chipotle experience for 3X the price. The woman & man at the counter were standoffish and made off putting comments about us ordering a beer… they’ve got a water refill station with small cups, order at the counter experience , the food came out promptly but there is no follow up asking how our meal us or any further interaction with staff. It was a very hands off casual dining experience , which may be appealing to some but it’s giving mall cafeteria attitude instead of inviting family owned restaurant. It was extremely off putting compared to my prior experiences. They have a lovely patio so worth it in the summer , maybe not so much in the winter. ?‍♀️

Nice atmosphere, love the outside patio in the spring and summer, good variety of food types to meet different allergy needs.

You grab a menu and order at the counter. They then give you a tracker for your table to bring your food out. I do wish they had servers like in the good old days but the food is so flavorful and good. The place is very clean and kept up. They have cocktails and beer too. Awesome place for brunch!Vegetarian options: Veg and vegan options a plenty
