Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Come here very often 4-5 times a month. Very rarely am I not completely satisfied. Customer service is always fantastic. Food is always on point. Can always find a clean table in the lobby. I'm sure im spoiled and assume all raising cane's are like this one but they probably aren't.

Awesome chicken. And Cane sauce is to die for.

Twice in the last month, I’ve ordered the Box combo and my coleslaw was missing. Both times, I had an extra sauce in the box, which leads me to believe whoever packed it thought this was compensation. Yet, no one mentioned to me when I picked up my order either time that they were out of coleslaw ? So either they forgot a quarter of my order twice now, or they ran out and didn’t say anything to me or ask me how I would like to make up for missing the thing I paid for (I would never choose an extra sauce btw - if you’re going to pick for someone, the least you could do is give an extra tender). It’s super frustrating and honestly makes no sense bc y’all only have 4 things on the menu (chicken, fries, coleslaw, and bread). Like, I really don’t understand how this happens consistently. I’ll probably just stop going all together since I feel like I can’t even count on the few items you offer.

I was waiting for my food to be done (I had placed an online catering order). As i sat waiting, I watched a very confused older woman try and clarify something to one of the employees. In doing so, the woman ended up behind the line of kitchen and front desk, which agreeably isn’t the place for her to be. Instead of asking the lady to politely move, she genuinely, pushed and shooed the older lady away, treating her like an animal. The employees demeanor was incredibly rude. She was insufferable, and then proceeded to make fun of the lady loudly at the front in front of everyone during the rush hour. She seemed very proud of herself. She continued to make fun of her until I left. I myself didn’t experience any poor customer service, but watching that was so disheartening. The workers name was Geneva. I’m unsure of what the policies for customer service here are, but if this is it, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Absolutely love this place. Chicken is always fresh and the sauce is the real reason to go. Don't sleep on the coleslaw

The food was delicious. Drive through only took 5 minutes. Amazing place.

Loved the food, packed with flavor! It was really loud but the great food made up for it.

Ordered and PAID for extra toast. Did not receive it. Tried to call but no one answered after 3 times calling and no message system set up, gave up! You suck and Fort Collins should shut you down!!!!

Decent chicken, kinda overhyped. Sesame seeds don't belong on Texas Toast.

Cane's continues to take up one of the north bound lanes, creating a sudden and dangerous traffic situation. Why don't you put traffic cones on College Ave to let the public know that your drive-through actually extends down the street, and you can expect sudden stopping and rapid lane changes and acceleration. It's a matter of time until an accident occurs. So much for safety first.

Once again, Cane's Chicken poses as a safety hazard for Fort Collins. College Avenue is not their parking lot. Just a matter of time until somebody gets into a fatal accident.

The 7 french fries that came with the 3 tender box were great. That small of a fry serving is criminal. If they are really wanting to be that stingy, they just need to skip the fries with the 3 piece "combo" and have people order a side a la carte. That way, they could actually eat some fries instead of taste some fries.

When we first tried it when it opened it was really good since then they have changed the sauce and the batter just like most restaurants do now day's, it's just ordinary

Parking: The particular place we used to go to the parking is a joke especially when your trying to leave because of all the drive thru traffic.
