Great service. Very attentive even though are party wasn't ready to order for a very long time. I ordered the Filet medium rare which was cooked to perfection. I also ordered their broccolini and cherry tomatoes side dish which was very flavorful. I believe I ordered the NA Peach Smash for a beverage which was tasty but small. Meal is definitely pricey but worth it with the steak alone. Overall, I'll definitely be returning soon.

Rare Italian is hands down our favorite restaurant in Fort Collins. It’s the place we always choose to bring guests from out of town because we know the experience will be consistently excellent. The food is always delicious, and the service is just as reliable , you can never go wrong with either.
One of the things I love most is that they keep the menu fresh with changes, which makes every visit exciting while still keeping the quality top-notch. Whether you’re local or just visiting Fort Collins, Rare Italian is an absolute must-visit!

This is my 4th or fifth time ordering a burger to go from them asking for it medium rare and they say it's going to be 45 minutes... now When I go there at 35 minutes the burger's already packaged and ready. But everything's cold. Stop it. Do better. You guys are supposed to be a very high class restaurant. This is embarrassing. Do better please.

I went with some work friends and everything was perfect from the cozy vibe to the amazing service. The steaks were seasoned perfectly, and every dish was full of flavor. Our server was super attentive and made the night easy and fun. Easily one of the best Italian spots in Fort Collins

With my celiac disease, I don't go out to restaurants that often. This was my 70th birthday, and my wife and I decided to treat ourselves to a dinner in town. I ordered the near $50. 14 oz Dry-aged Rib Eye, and was extremely disappointed. One half of the steak was grizzle and fat; evidenced by what was on my plate once I was done eating. I was able to bring some good scraps back home to our dog, but quite expensive scraps. I wish that I had ordered the burger , as my wife did. I would not have been still hungry once we got back home.
