Best birthday singing we've ever experienced- 6 year-old loved it and was properly embarrassed;). Food was also great and service was fast.

The only reason I ate here was because I had a gift card. Got a chicken Cesar salad and side of fries to go. The salad was the smallest serving I’ve seen for a salad as well as the fries. For $26 (tip included) you can get way more food elsewhere. The food was 10 minutes overdue from the time it said it world be ready and there were no people in the restaurant. To be fair, I knew what I was getting into when eating a chain like this. I will not be back.

In many ways an excellent visit: great service, the MadLove burger was super tasty, and the bottomless fries (dipped in ranch) were delicious and filling. At the moment we walked out, I'd have awarded 5 stars. But 15 minutes later, my gut informed me that it was pretty unhappy about something I'd just eaten; from there the unpleasantness ratcheted up, and I was not okay until the next day. I have a cast-iron stomach, so there had to be something wrong with the food. Our visit was January 9th, 2025, around 4:00p.

Kevin is the worst waiter I've ever dealt with I litterly had to refill my own drinks, and get my own to-go box and our food was super salty it all went to waist. And to top it off we were ignored from the moment we went in. Me and my family will NOT be returning after this experience smh

We waited 20 mins over our scheduled time for pick up to receive cold food and missing ingredients. This is not the first time. $20 for a burger of this quality is not worth it!

The food was great as always but the service is usually pretty shoddy. My wife and I were only checked on once after being seated. I know people can get busy sometimes but if you have too many tables to provide decent service then maybe you should consider giving one up to someone else. I mean, I thought the restaurant industry was supposed to be part of the service industry.

Good location, and our waiter was exceptional. Standard red robin fare, and the booth we were at had seen it's best days about a decade ago.

However, if you like Red Robin burgers, and bottomless sides, and the good pricing, this spot is a good location

the last 3 times I have been to this location something has been wrong,, bad food, bad service. Hard to go back, everyone has bad days, but three times in a row, something is wrong with the place.

Visited with my mom and grandma recently. We enjoyed the happy hour appetizers ($3 off many apps). I've visited other times and have had great experiences as well; however, I have a huge shoutout to Chloe, our server, who provided efficient and friendly service the entire stay. Food was yummy, as it consistently is here. It is a clean, relatively quick, and "has something for everyone" family chain.
