Update!! Ok so my source was right! As per the local Coloradoan newspaper today, they are going to have a beer garden and they are going to open upon its completion. So to the doubters here you go! Ok, so I know a guy who knows a guy....who said that Red Truck has filed for a permit for a beer garden. That would hopefully mean that they will at some time in the future open again. It would be nice of Red Truck would keep their fans informed.

Okay so heres the thing. This place looks sick. LOOKS… but they haven’t been open in over a year????? I hope you read this review before waking 20 mins from the new Belgium brewery only to find out that it’s simply closed. Just let the people know!! I understand the pandemic is hard but just put a “temporarily closed” warning on your website. So disappointing. Go to the Coopersmith instead they’re awesome

Once upon a time we would have given it a 5...and then the pandemic hit. While we understand it was tough for everyone, especially small businesses and eateries, Red Truck seriously dropped the ball by consistently leading along their faithful followers with “we’ll update soon!” Messages. Last summer May turned to June, June to July, July to August...you get the idea, with minimal responsiveness and “we’ll be back.” Fast forward to now and they are still closed. No formal message or closing, just a bunch of outdated promises. I feel for them if they had to close up shop, but I think it’s only fair to the community to let them know.

I'm glad to hear that you are going to reopen to the public at some point. I live nearby, and since you've closed, your outdoor patio area has become a home for transients in our area. Just a heads up!

We stopped by at 6 pm on Sunday and u were closed when the website indicates ur open till 8 pm. Why were u closed? Odells, New Belguim, and Coopersmith were open. You lost our business.

We had other plans that were derailed due to weather, so we ended up here. Had their beer before but have never been to the mothership. Great location! Love the layout, big and open, doesn't feel crowded. I had a flight and my fav is the high trail amber. The food menu is huge and we had the chicken burger and cheeseburger. ENORMOUS sandwich.. delicious and the fries were fabulous. Definitely coming back!

The beer is great and the food even better. What do people expect? 5 star meals at a brewery? I am amazed at the negative comments. This is the best food at any brewery I have ever been to.
Stopped for 'a' beer and burger. I ordered a basic bacon cheeseburger. Not disappointed. I asked it to be done medium and it was spot on. Was served with the lettuce tomato and all of that too. I usually just take the lettuce off and enjoy the bacon cheeseburger. ? great place in Fort Collins if you want to get craftmade beer and food. There is no other full brewery and food place like this in Fort Collins.

Food was great. Quality and quantity. Nice relaxing atmosphere. We had reubens and footling hot dogs and breakfast tacos and fish and chips. It was all wonderful and no one walked away hungry. We will be back. Nice and friendly.

Fantastic beers and great food. A wide selection of beers so there is one (or two) for everyone. Only downside is is the noise/acoustics. Other than that, red truck is worth the visit.

Some of the best and freshest food at any brewery. Their kitchen staff knows what to do with high quality ingredients. Beers are great here as well. It's my go-to spot for date nights, out with friends, and byo game nights. This place has it all.
