Hands down the best breakfast/lunch spot! I’ve brought many friends and family and they’ve all loved it. Zach makes the BEST florentine frittata. I get mine with tomatoes instead of spinach and it is DELICIOUS! The servers, like Jules, are FABULOUS and Marilyn is a riot! We are holding a bday party there during the holidays and Zach set a very reasonable price while putting together what we expect to be a delicious menu, including a red and green chili bar with all the fixin’s! Definitely checkout this place!

They have great food, but I ordered a French 75 cocktail and it was not cold. It was as if it was poured over a few token ice cubes instead of a full shaker of ice 😬, then transferred to a glass.
You can’t rely on cold champagne to chill this drink. You have to let it sit on ice until the shaker frosts.

My families go to for breakfast! Zach and his family are great people. If it's just my wife and I or if we are with our kids and sure down and has a chat with us. Our 6 year old always looks forward to the cinnamon rolls!

The breakfast I had here was the worst I’ve experienced in many years. The potatos were charred and burnt, and the so called basted eggs were hard instead of soft and they were greasy. One of the worst things about the place was the patio where I was eating outdoors. It was filthy. The tables didn’t look clean, and there were areas on the ground that should have been hosed down because there were sticky spots which ran near the chairs and had dried. There was a Masterbuilt Smoker behind my table that appeared to have broken down shelving and it was also very dirty. Hard to look at without loosing my appetite. Even though it was outdoors on the patio, it didn’t smell or look clean anywhere. It was a huge turnoff. I wouldn’t ever go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Zach and the crew catered street tacos for our company picnic for about 100 people. I was blown away by the level of service and consideration for food allergies that I received! Food quality was top-notch and super fresh. Despite over ordering, there was not a morsel left over! I HIGHLY recommend calling Zach to cater your event!

Zach (Owner) and Sous Chef Mary have officially upped the anty on breakfast cuisine! Best in Fort Collins! Baby pancake dish is completely made from scratch, all crimes, sauces WOW! CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST served as a cinnamon bun? All Galaxy folks! Brought home food for the family and they ravaged through the dishes like lions to the lamb. Amazing product, very cozy feel and excellent hospitality
