Sat down and then they ignored me. 5 other tables came in after me and they got served. Piss off. Not coming back or recommending this place!

I had the “Undecided “ Eggs Benidict”. Amazing staff, lovely humans at the restaurant eating and enjoying themselves. I felt at ease.
I love RISE coffee and their vibe as well as the art on the walls.
Stellar breakfast.

My brother took me out to RISE! about 1 year ago. My husband and I decided to return on a road trip from Denver to SLC. Our server Mary was awesome, she greeted us in such a friendly way it felt like a warm hug. Our breakfast was incredible! The green chili was some of the best I’ve ever had. The owner and chef came and chatted with us. The whole experience was something rare to find when dining out. I highly recommend checking RISE! out for breakfast.

Came in this morning and had breakfast with my family, place was packed, but we were sat quickly and staff was super polite. When food came out, avocado toast was good and so was the Loraine frittata. However both my dads and little brothers meat in their biscuits and gravy was raw, upon calling someone over the waitress went to ask and told us the ground pork was naturally pink after talking to the kitchen. We asked for the check being thoroughly grossed out, and one of the raw plates was shown to management and to the cooks. The head cook came out and told us because it “had more oxygen and that it was just that pink and was fully cooked”, saying that’s just how ground pork is. He offered us replacements for our food but added that that’s how the ground pork on the menu would be. Three different people tried to tell us this was normal and cooked, only our last waitress admitted it looked underdone and apologize. Watched staff pass around the plates agreeing they were raw before tossing them. The pork was various shades of pink and greys, nothing fully cooked. Won’t catch me here again

I don't often write reviews but today I was very surprised. The food had a great balance of everything heat, savory, sweet, everything.
Not a normal combination Just the right about of sauces just the right proportion nothing over powered any thing.

Service was great as well my drink wasn't empty for more then 2 min. same for the person sitting next to me. I didn't have to chase down anyone for my check.
You can tell they take pride in everything here. Chef and owner even came out chatted with a few of the guest. Very friendly, and houspititable. Over heard one server get asked if they could put strawberries in the mimosas, and as the server took the drinks back behind the bar had nothing but a positive attitude and even that was a pleasure to watch. The vibes everything helped get me through a tough weekend.

Only bad thing I have to say is they set the bar so high.

Best breakfast in Fort Collins. Everywhere else is a tad overrated.

My first time eating here but will be back frequently. The restaurant was busy but the atmosphere was relaxed. Great service and somehow the restaurant wasn't too loud. I think it may be because they kept the music quiet enough so no one has to talk loud.

Rise has a wonderful menu that includes wide spectrum of choices from deliciously indulgent (think homemade biscuits & sausages) to gourmet heart healthy vegetarian.
