After living in Ft Collins for a few years, Rise is our favorite breakfast spot. The dishes are thoughtful and feel elevated. They are always balanced, aesthetically pleasing, and delicious! Don’t be scared to try some of the less-traditional menu items or the specials that the chef(s) take time to curate! You won’t be disappointed! Keep supporting small businesses, Fort Collins!

Such a great find! Super friendly staff - especially the owner! Best bacon in Fort Collins??? .... has to be a close match between these guys and William Olivers Tavern. you decide. Everything was delicious, service was amazing. A bright, clean and fun local place.

This place is incredible! Such a cute breakfast joint but the food is simply amazing. I loved the option of having a single French pressed coffee. The barbacoa Benedict was incredible. So flavorful and tender. The potatoes were a great balance of crispy and tender. The arugula salad was a lovely touch to the dish. Whenever I come to foco im gonna hit this place and try more options.

The owner/ chef created a special cinnamon roll Bundt cake to be made into a Mardi Gras King Cake! It was delicious, and beautiful with a plastic baby tucked inside! BRAVO and Thank you!!!!

I ordered the stuffed breakfast poblano chile. Eggs, bacon, black beans and more inside. The Mole sauce was very tasty and the whole thing had a mild spiciness. If i hadnt got this i was ready for their mushroom hash. It came with their great muffin shaped hash browns. It was a special so I'm not sure how often you can get it.

Our favorite breakfast spot in fort collins for years now. Great gluten free options and their homemade breakfast sausage is the best!

I can’t help but heap high praise on this restaurant. First things first, the hollandaise sauce is the best hollandaise sauce I ever had. You cannot go wrong with any item on the menu it accompanies. The in-house hot sauces are both top tier as well. The green sauce has a tanginess that is unparalleled. I am a big fan of cubano sandwiches and theirs did not disappoint. The best part for me (it was all really good) was the cinnamon roll. I was openly moaning while eating one and I was so loud, people asked me if I was ok. It will have you slapping the table in ecstasy, it is that good. I have not experienced any of the other breakfast restaurants in town and I can’t say that I’m tempted to. This place has ruined all other breakfast restaurants for me.

The food was delicious. Not the same boring benedicts, but interesting ones. Service was super friendly and attentive even during the busiest hour.Coffee could be a tad stronger, but it didnt spoil the overall experience.

I had been here a few years back but didn't realize it was now under new ownership until 7 or 8 months ago, and gosh has everything improved! The menu is creative & eclectic with an impressive variety of flavors but without feeling overly trendy. You can tell that the chef/owner loves creating tasty satisfying dishes and enjoys making the dish look almost as good as it tastes. I've been a number of times, and I'm always impressed with the freshness of the food and the mixture of flavors. The 'Colorful Colorado' is already a favorite (I ask for eggs scrambled rather than poached), and I literally have a smile on my face throughout the meal. The corn cakes with house-made chorizo are also excellent, and if I'm wanting a little more old fashioned hearty fare, I go for 'the Stack' (& get the version with gravy instead of the green chili, though folks rave about the green chili). Beyond the amazing food, the staff are friendly, approachable, and seem like they are genuinely glad you're there. The owner frequently comes out of the kitchen to check on how it's going and seems to really appreciate input or questions. Overall, I love coming to Rise! to enjoy good food, friendly people, and to support a locally owned & managed business that gets it right!

Fantastic breakfast place, from the delicious food to the always delightful, hard-working staff. Our family has been coming to Rise for years and it has consistently been good, but the new owner has taken it to the next level. Not only have the menu items been stepped up, Chef Zach, Nikki and team have also put obvious effort into a recent cheerful facelift with new flooring, fresh paint, spruced-up decor and even cute hand-made curtains. They've turned a small open space into a cozy modern diner feel. Favorites are the locally sourced hazel dell mushroom hash, chilaquiles (the pickled Fresno chiles make it sing!) and the daily special. Whenever I've had a special request with the menu they've always accommodated. Great variety of gluten free options. There's a welcoming vibe of community and family here that you don't find often. (Yay for small local business!) That, along with the tasty menu makes Rise our go-to breakfast spot.
