We stopped in around 2:15ish 8/11. My bf and I had a great experience! The two people working were very helpful and kind. The patio area was nice and shady. This was our first time in, and we will DEFINITELY be back!

Service was fine, the two younger individuals working this Sunday were nice but apathetic to say the least.
Walked in and was greeted with a friendly hello but then was given NO orientation to the store after we said this was our first (and last) trip in.
Had to ask for EVERYTHING, nothing about the concept was explained even to the point of which flavors were custard and which were ice without asking.
Product is great, the staff for this day could use a reminder on SOP around a brand new customer. Grocery store ice will be just fine going forward

First time trying Rita’s and generally enjoyed the food but was definitely put off by how dirty the store was. Table was dirty, bathroom was dirty, floor super sticky…just gross. I don’t blame the guy working- he appeared to be the only one there and was busy behind the counter the whole time. The whole state of the place implied it had been busy (many flavors were out) so maybe just understaffed? Curious if other’s have experienced this. Mixed feelings about returning.

Went for a gelati and they gave me a terrible ratio of custard to Italian ice
Service was great, food was good, but this is the most expensive Rita's I have ever visited. I ordered a small gelati. It was served in a 9oz plastic cup and was $7.52.

Store is unavailable on Uber Eats and Grub Hub where everything is priced appropriately.
If you order from doordash, a blender costs 6.99, and to make it a large, instead of charging an extra dollar, they charge you an extra 7.99.
Ofcourse Ritas is only available on doordash where they double their profits on any item you order. Absolutely absurd.

Male and Female employees working Sunday evening 5/19/24 at 445pm really went out of their way to make our experience great. The chocolate ice cream machine was not producing ice cream but more mush and they gave us free kids ice pass and offered serveral times to resolve the issue for us. Very awesome and deserve recognition for going above and beyond for the customers!!!

We've made this a regular stop lately. They've always been on our radar and made the list for the occasional treat, but for the past few months, it's been a weekly treat. They have new flavors from time to time that bring us in, and lately, they've had some great ones. Mango and Bing Cherry are always on the menu and are fantastic.

The place smelled terrible, like urine or something similar. It stung the nose. I got 2 chocolate milkshakes that were actually surprisingly good, in my opinion. My partner wouldn't eat hers because of how the place smelled. It's also staffed by a bunch of immature kids that made the atmosphere feel unprofessional.
