this coffee shop is seriously the best! there’s a reason there are so many good reviews! the aesthetic is super cool and perfect for studying or meeting a friend for coffee. The coffee is stellar- i got a gingerbread latte with toasted cinnamon and it was soo good! the customer service is top notch, the best of any coffee shop i’ve been to. the music isn’t too loud which makes it perfect for studying.

I really love this coffee shop. The space is adorable, the coffee is consistently good, and the staff are always so sweet and kind—it’s one of my favorite places to spend time. Unfortunately, my most recent visit felt different. The owner introduced himself while I was there, and I found his interactions with both me and his staff rather patronizing. It was uncomfortable enough that I ended up taking my coffee to go instead of staying, which was disappointing since I had planned to spend the afternoon. I still think the shop itself and the team are wonderful, but I hope the atmosphere can feel welcoming even when the owner is present.

Excellent service! Very welcoming barista, with great vibe. Asked about our preferences for coffee, made drinks, and brought water with ice when we were working. The only thing, that espresso in cappuccino was a bit burnt (either grind size or problem with beans). But overall everything was great!!

My new favorite coffee shop! Beautifully designed, super cozy, and conveniently located, yes — but the creative coffee and teas are easily the best part. I’m obsessed with the “flower bouquet chai,” and was turned into a matcha lover (after many years of denial) by the owner, Landen. We live an hour away and will make extra trip north just to visit! This is a must-see place in an unexpected corner!
This is easily one of the best coffee shops that I have been to, Fort Collins and Denver combined. It's a shame my husband and I didn't go to this place more often before we moved, but at least I can stop by when I drive up for class. Parking is not great, but that isn't on Roast. And other than those who are genuinely unable, walking is good for you. Try it sometime.

Customer experience is the BEST! I could hardly run faster to the google reviews to tell other people how amazing this place is. PLEASE try their real fruit matcha, it blew me away- as well as their pumpkin spice latte with the perfect combination of pumpkin and latte. In a world where customer service and experience is often rushed, the owner, Gavin, and all of their staff make sure you have a comfortable yet personable experience. Kudos to small businesses in the world like this. The attention to detail and to the menu is amazing as well. This is my first time here, but it feels like my third or fourth. <3 BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED BY THE WAY- if you don't want a beverage- just go for the aesthetics and clean, positive environment. Can't recommend them more.
