I’ve been coming here for a while and won’t be coming back. Something has been wrong with my order the last 4-5 times, and I order very basic items straight off the menu. My most recent experience entailed ordering 2 very basic items, I was the only person there until someone came in and ordered a few minutes after me, the employees didn’t finish my order and started working on the new one. They must have forgotten what I ordered during this time and when they got back to mine, instead of asking for my order again, they gave me two completely incorrect sandwiches.

I used to have decent luck here a year ago, but lately every time I come here my very simple bagel orders are consistently wrong even after repeating myself twice or sometimes three times. It kinda seems like the entire crew is high every time I go in and can’t remember anything.

Stood in line for 20 minutes, they messed up our order, and the bagel was hard and dried out. Overall would recommend Einstein Bagels over this place.

This place has been around FOREVER and it is gross. The decor is over 40 years old, dirty, dingy and in serioius need of updating. The bathrooms were some of the worst I have been in, in FoCo. No coffee, no tea, and they call themselves a bagel place? EWWWWWWW...

Excellent breakfast sandwich. Bagel was thick, fresh and extremely flavorful. Bacon was cooked perfectly. Service was extremely fast and very nice. Can’t wait to come back.

I wish I had read the reviews before I stopped here with my kids today. I’m not really sure what to comment on first - the food, the coffee, the condition of the restaurant? I’ll keep it concise by saying I was served the wrong bagel (I thought I ordered rosemary pepper? But you’ll see the photo below), it was burnt, by the time I got to the second half it was so rockhard that my kids were having fun banging it on the table to see how loud it was. The coffee tasted worse than gas station coffee. I tossed it and went around the corner to Momo Lolo. I don’t know how this place is still open or hasn’t been shut down by the health department. Everything about it was so gross, including the bathrooms I unfortunately had to go in because my 3 year old had to pee. The college students working there were very friendly and, we’re doing the best that they could. But we will not be back

Bagels are good but staff are not very friendly. Staff are typically miserable, incompetent, and/or outright rude. It's bagels, not NASA. And the fact that ownership / management doesn't respond to ANY of the numerous negative reviews says everything that needs to be said. Their problems start at the top!

Love the bagels! They can be a little inconsistent depending on whose working but this is my favorite quick morning stop! My primary complaint is the building is honestly disgusting. They keep the area where they make the bagels clean, but if you look at the ceilings, in the back which is open view to customers, and in the bathrooms, there is a suspicious black substance.... I really wish they would clean up because i enjoy the bagels and love supporting a small business but i do wonder about their health code score...

What a nice bagel shop! I purchased a few different types of cream cheese, sweet and savory. Also got some bagels and wish I had been there for some of their bagel sandwiches. I love the cream cheese with flavors, I used them for bagels and a dip for pretzels, perfect match.
